My spouse and I were celebrating our anniversary and this resort made sure we were always taken care of. From the moment we stepped into secrets we were taken care of. All the staff seemed extremely trained and professional! The entertainers Max, Carlos, Jorge and Abhrahm were my favorite. They made sure my stay was eventful. The night shows were amazing as well. Only thing about the trip is the limit of access to affordable transportation into the city or airport. The food could be better as well. Only favorite part of food was the Coco Cafe happy to see it was 24hrs! The spa is a must as well! pretty pricy
but worth it! Amazing experience over-all!

Our experience here was incredible! I did a lot of research before deciding where to go and I’m really glad we chose this secrets resort. It was even prettier in person than expected! We had a regular jungle room and was still a full suite. We went for my birthday and the staff were very nice and decorated our room before I arrived and brought us a bottle of champagne. The grounds are really quiet, private, and lush with lots of plants it felt very jungley. I will say the paths could be labelled better as it is almost like a maze. The pools were great and the beach was pretty, plus they have free snorkeling where you can see sea turtles! Food was pretty good, some restaurants are better than others but overall we were satisfied. If you’re going with a partner I highly recommend the couples massage! The spa at this resort is stunning and you can really spend a lot of time here between your service and the relaxation pool. This was a great vacation and we’re hoping to go back soon!

Best vacation we ever had! Amazing hotel with super clean and well maintained rooms and amenities. And the most welcoming, friendly and helpful staff you will ever see! We will be back soon! We have been to many 5 star hotels in the Caribbean, this one seems to be on the whole other level. We did not find one thing that we didn’t like. Preferred Club upgrade is worth it.

Staying at this unique location was a joy for my wife and I. We loved the atmosphere, enjoyed the wonderful supreme customer service, quality of food and beverages, and overall, was more than happy to away from home. We loved all the beautiful tropical plants, nature, and wild life. We stayed in the romance suite in building 2 which was ocean view very close to the beach, bar and pools where there is night shows. We loved that we could walk down the beach to Akumal and snorkel with the turtles and sting rays or you can snorkel the area in front of the hotel. There is life jackets that can be rented or snorkel gear. The food was good, SeaSide restaurant was our favorite. We also thought the nightly entertainment was very good. Our floor concierge when above and beyond to make sure our experience was amazing. The resort staff was very friendly. Would love to take my family back!

Very lovely property that changed my view of Mexico. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and everyone was pleasant. Very nice adult atmosphere. The only downside for me was the mosquitoes, flies and ants especially at the swim out room. Due to the flies I was unable to enjoy the outside food and show experiences.

Just left this resort and already planning a trip to return. The staff was unbelievable and the resort was absolutely beautiful. We were treated so kindly and respectfully, feeling like the only people at the resort. The food was fantastic as well!! Cannot wait to be back there!

Great attention to details, friendly staff, high standards in all restaurants. Difficult time with front desk because they didn’t want to keep the same rate, original purchase with Expedia. So, for my extra night I have to purchased with Expedia again. Front desk didn’t help at all. The girl from the front desk offered expensive rates for the same room for the extra night and we have to move to other room. Later on, went I return the key, they keep us on the same room.
