Unit smelled like a smoking unit. Coffee maker did not work. Convenient location and comfortable unit for longer stays.

Great hotel in a convenient location near restaurants and shopping and is very walkable with paths and waterfront.

We liked the location and quietness in the building. It was also great having a washer and dryer in the suite. The parking lot was filthy! The furniture was worn out! The deadbolt on the door would not work. We were there for five nights. We were given two bath towels and one bath mat. I had to wash them daily.

I loved the atmosphere

This will be my 3rd time booking at this SoHo location! The first two time everything was 5/5 however this time around not sure due to the rate being lower this time around the unit offered this time had couple mishap. The rail of the door of the room to the bathroom was lifted, no cooking knifes were available, bathroom sink handle was not the best which effected the plumbing water adjustment, wifi connection disconnected and one of the remotes weren’t working and the back door of the ground balcony was not locking the best. Overall 3.5/5

Lovely view and well furnished! There’s a bit of construction next door

The condo was clean and it was very calm around.

Main entrance was partially closed off. No obvious indication of where to check in. No concierge was present when we arrived. Big banner on building says to go to other side of property for rental info. Other side of property is new unfinished construction. Major party (LOUD) in the room across the hall on Sat night, construction noise promptly at 7AM Monday. Room was not bad but the open layout provides for no privacy. TVs very difficult to control (would not respond to even simple remote commmands such as Volume). Just saw an unexpected extra charge on my credit card from Soho Champagne after paying in full in advance through Orbitz.

Wry private

Location was good, close to park and walkable to train. Apartment was spacious. No baking sheets/pan or oven safe dishes. Bit walkable to grocery stores howver there is several small deli stores with the essential groceries. Parking is $16 per day.

5 star review! This property has it all! Great location (Little Italy!), close to the Tulip Festival, and a bike path right outside the back door. The suite was fully equipped, clean, tastefully decorated (monochromatic), bright, spacious. Underground, controlled entry parking. Great front desk staff- very accommodating. Only two complaints - the bed was very soft/unsupported - perhaps older than the rest of the furniture? - so much so that I felt there were two "body troughs" in the mattress. Slept much better on the couch. And then, what's with the US-themed throw pillow? (Stars and Stripes, Statue of Liberty, NYC). Ottawa is our nation's capital and IMO, any decor depicting nationalism should be Canadian, not American. (Or neutral, as all the other artwork was.) Just something to consider...

ceiling light at front door blinking or not working. inadequate supplies for kitchen. 3 TVs in unit, and none would connect to Netflix or Amazon.

I am always trying to stay at that condo. Clean, interior parking available, able to cook and my laundry.

There’s lots of construction in the area. The property itself is wonderful.

These apartments are good from far, but far from good. The finishings look nice, but if you look closer you will see that the place is built very cheaply and even though it is new, many things are falling apart already.

Great property, good location for dining options a short walk away.

The neighborhood and all pathway

The apartment was perfect. Was clean, renew, is not a hotel so they don’t clean every day. The Neighborhood has many restaurants and some grocery stores. They have a construction ongoing outside the building so is a bit messy

I could walk to Little Italy, but the best aspect was that the staff were accommodating. They placed my grocery order in the apartment and refrigerator before I arrived—exceptional service.

Lovely place with first class furnishings, and secure underground parking. The concierge told me when I checked in that the place only has 25 suites that are provided on the ground floor and mezzanine for people like us who have booked through sites like Expedia. We would not have stayed here if we knew that since we don’t like 1st floor accommodations, especially since we previously had a bad experience with 1st floor accommodations with someone trying to get into our suite from the outside patio while we were in our suite! Our suite here was on the ground floor and had access to the outside from the patio in the rear of the suites as well, so anyone from the street can walk up to your patio if they wish, which there were people regularly walking on the sidewalk path right next to the building. The shades that are provided are translucent so there is no total privacy in the evening, so we had to make sure that we were clothed at all times when in the living room/kitchen area! So we never had a complete comfort level while in the suite! There wasn’t adequate laundry detergent or dishwasher detergent provided for our stay, so you will have to go to the concierge and ask for packets every time you run out! There was no luggage cart, it made bringing up all of our luggage a big hassle! Kitchen items that were missing we needed: large spoon for stirring a beverage. No ice in the freezer or ice trays. No strainer. No corkscrew. There were also no chairs or table on our balcony!

great location, helpful staff, clean, modern facility

Modern and quite luxurious, with a lot of amenities. Rather compact layout. Apartment is just as in the pictures on the website. Next to the building they were building another building, which made the area a bit noisier and dirtier.

This hotel met all our needs for our extended stay. Great neighborhood with lots to see and do. Close to transit to the downtown. There is a lot of contruction going on but we couldnt hear any of it from our room. Staff was helpful and late check in was easy.

Apartment style hotel with kitchen and underground parking. Very comfortable and modern. Neighborhood is also close many amenities. Would come back again.

Great stay Great location

Staff at the actual hotel were excellent and the room is nice. A lot of noise and construction during the day. I paid for visitor parking and the target park charged me twice, I’ve been trying to resolve this via the email but based on BBB the company they use to manage their parking is in the business of not returning money and charging people. Not reachable via the email and phone number provided in receipts.

I enjoyed my stay at Soho and the staff were great, but there were a few things that fell short of expectations. The kitchen amenities were rather sparse--no corkscrew for example. Although I stayed a week, I was only provided two towels and it is only possible to pick up more towels when the concierge is there. This was an issue as I was away at a conference most days while during those hours. Also--lovely balcony but no chair or table to sit at so didn't use it. Finally, I found it wasn't as clean as I was expecting. There was hair on the sofa and some of the dishes weren't very clean.

Neighbourhood is great with lots of decent restaurants in Little Italy. Blinds were sheer and totally inadequate if you do not want to sleep past the break of dawn. Comfortable aparthotel, though the cook's knife was missing from the kitchen equipment. Great staff.
