A szállás minden szükségessel el van látva. Legjobban a privát tengerpart tetszett saját nyugágyakkal, beach bárral és sűrűn közlekedő buszjárattal. A part amúgy apró kavicsos, a vízben homokos és kisebb nagyobb sziklák is vannak benne, ahol snorkelezni is lehet. Az ételek ízletesek, számunkra változatosak voltak. A szoba nagy, tágas, hatalmas ággyal.

Az italokból nagyobb adagokat is adhattak volna, hogy ne kelljen annyit fordulni, de ez nem volt igazán probléma. Nekem nem jött be a fakultatív programok és pl masszázs tukmálása, főleg mikor pihenni szeretnénk. Szállodán kívül rossz érés volt sétálni sajnos (pedig szerettünk volna) a percenként zaklató árusok és taxisok miatt.

I would like to extend a special thanks to the Front Office Manager Ismail El Sheikh. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by him and his team. Blend hotels Club Management displayed a remarkable level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for the guests. [He/She] ensured that all my requests were promptly handled and personally checked in with me to ensure my stay was comfortable. This personalized touch made me feel valued as a guest and created a lasting impression. Also, I would like to commend the Reservation Manager, Mina Dawood. His assistance in making the reservation process seamless and efficient was greatly appreciated. Blend Hotel Management not only provided prompt responses to my inquiries but also went the extra mile to accommodate my specific preferences. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly exceeded my expectations.

Like that there were 2 pools on site as well as shopping areas on site and nearby.

The fridge wasn’t cold. The shower wasn’t very warm and leaked all over the floor both times. There was only complimentary soap and it seemed very watered down/watery. We didn’t actually know the water park wasn’t on site and this wasn’t advertised very well in the description. Some staff were very unfriendly. Most were good but some were quite rude when serving drinks/food.

The hotel is quite outdated and poorly maintained. The restaurant, a large and noisy echo chamber, offers an all-inclusive menu that prioritizes quantity over quality. We were both surprised and disappointed by the hotel’s inexplicably high rating on booking.com. The waterpark was also a letdown, with a number of waterslides out of operation. The pictures on the site must be at least 10 years old, and it is clear that the waterpark has not aged well. While the hotel-staff is exceptionally kind and helpful, they alone can’t make up for the worn-out building and deteriorating facilities. All in all the hotel conveys the atmosphere of a cheap 1980’s Torremolinos hotel and I would not recommend it.

The Aqua park and beach was amazing, lots to do, staff are all friendly and helpful and English speaking. They meet all your needs, our stay was comfortable and fun. We enjoyed the swimming pool it was right outside the room. Easy to get to the mall, 5 min ride.

Strategically located between Luxour and Cairo a lot of activities for families, you'll love it for sure special shout-out to Muhamed Sabry at the reception who helped us with our different questions

The food, the aqua park and the room size

There is wifi near the reception only. No wifi in the rooms.

-The location is great and the staff were decent specially Wael in the food & beverages on the poolthe -Rooms are spacious

-Food was tasteless with low quality and limited variety -AC in the main restaurant and the room wasn't working properly at all -The Mini Bar in the room don't work properly -The Aquapark & beach are far from the hotel and need shuttle bus which is not very convenient

It is my pleasyre to tell you my nice experience about my stay in Blend Club Aqua Resort. I booked it after recommendations by many reviews. It was a nice stay as this resort gas an excellent central location , Magnificent Mega Aqua park and sea which were a little distance from the resort by provided shuttle bus. The friendly staff and all workers. Pools at resort are so quite. Food was good taste and of course its varieties were limited to the budget. Tha ks for all staff again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel that was not only family-friendly but also offered a variety of great amenities. The hotel was bustling with lots of children enjoying their meals and having fun at the aqua park. Although the beach was a bit rocky and not sandy, the aqua park was exquisite and provided a lot of entertainment for both kids and adults alike. I found the staff to be very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. In particular, Mr. Mostafa, who worked at the restaurant, stood out for his exceptional friendliness and attentiveness. He made my dining experience all the more enjoyable. While the hotel's facilities and rooms were a bit outdated, it didn't detract from my overall experience. However, I do hope that the hotel considers making some renovations to update its decor and make it more modern. Overall, I had a great time at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to families looking for a fun and enjoyable vacation.
