This was a very dingey motel. Right from when we walked in, I was glad we only booked for one night. The lobby reeked of weed. The elevator carpet was absolutely disgusting. The toilet seat in the bathroom was chipped up. The bathroom grout was filthy. If I wouldn't have lost money, I would definitely have walked right back out. They are lucky that people book their stay online without seeing the place, or they would not stay in business. The breakfast area was small and crowded. There was one group of 8-10 people and one other couple that were able to sit in the tiny room where the continental breakfast was being served. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We had to switch rooms. The carpet next to AC unit was soaking wet. We let the front desk know and left for the day. Came back and nothing had been done. Everytime we went to the front desk, there was never anyone there.

I am 83 years old and I have a broken right arm.
I asked for a handicap room and two different male employees said they didn’t have any available.
That same day a female employee saw me and told me they did have handicap room available.
Why should this happen???

The front desk person was helpful. I had booked two nights, and tried to cancel the second night (@7:30... Didn't realize the cancellation time was by 7). I kept getting notes from hotels.com that they were trying to cancel. BECAUSE I was paying at the hotel, the desk clerk just charged me for the one night. Hotels.com said they were never able to get the hotel to drop the night, so I'm not sure where that fell through, but I am grateful they only charged me for one night. Everything about the room was fine, except it didn't seem very fresh... There was a slight odor. Perhaps folks were smoking nearby (against hotel policy). It wasn't overbearing, but not fresh. The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was very nice. Overall very nice, but the lack of fresh air will keep me from returning.

Room was musty and damp and smelled of mildew. Definitely could use some upgrades. They have updated the bathroom fixtures but chipped paint, cracked wall outlets and sloppy caulk work makes it look and feel like a cheap motel instead of what we’ve come to expect of a Raddison hotel. Carpeting in the hall was dirty and bumped up causing trip hazards. Hot breakfast was not good at all. Service was poor. Staff was unhelpful when asked for assistance. Recommend staying elsewhere.

There is a water damage/mold issue in this building. We tried several rooms and they all had a damp mold smell. This hotel should not have an 8.2 rating, which is very misleading

Arrived and got checked in. Found I’d run out of “social responsibility” (our name to reference deodorant). On a whim, I went to front desk and asked if they had any “sample” toiletries with which to resolve that lack. Desk attendant opened a cabinet door behind desk to reveal slotted shelves from which he offered me a very small stick of “something to get by with”. Very pleased! Excellent property in all the important features…

Place was run down. Did not look at all like pictures on website. Carpet was dirty and the room smelled like a cross between mildew and a boys locker room. We actually had to switch rooms because of the smell.

The main entrance was blocked off with yellow tape. The physical plant was clean but well worn. There were no sheets or blankets in the room for the pull out couch. The doorlock kept sticking and only one key worked

Carpet needs an upgrade. Carpet off the lobby Area was extremely musty. Unappealing. Carpet worn nd forty in other areas. Phone and hair dryer in room didn’t work. Minor issues but still need to be addressed. Attendant in breakfast area a bit snide and unsociable.

We chexked out 15 minutes after getting inside of our room! The room had a moldy smell and my daughter flushed the toilet and it immediately backed up. The room was outdated and it was just not worth it! We cheed out immediately!

Very convenient, close to I-95. Clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was great!!

Unusual smell in the property like excess humidity. The bathroom upgrades are very nice, but the water was way too hot, needs some kind of governor.
Other upgrades were not complete and look half done.
Breakfast eggs were terrible. Chicken patties did not look good. I have observed a decline in property maintenance and overall quality for country Inn and suites. They used to be very good.

I travel alot and this location was minutes from what I had scheduled. The carpet was really dirty and there must have been a flood previously in that wall carpet smelled like mold. Room was clean and housekeeping was timely

Exterior of property was well enough maintained. Late check in and the reception person wasn’t exactly welcoming, but fine. Person prepping buffet in the morning was not friendly at all. Interior of lobby and hotel was clean in appearance and relatively up to date looking. My major problem with this stay was that my hotel room had a terrible smell. My daughter said it was very faint but it was all I could smell, faint smell of old cigarette smoke or a musk like carpet that had gotten wet - not sure but it made the stay very unpleasant.
