Great property and really clean room. The only downside was as it is privately managed we couldn’t go to reception staff at the hotel for help with things - also was not enough toilet paper in the room for our stay so we had to go and buy more.

Peppers soul is all about location. Being a short stroll from Cavill Ave (the main strip) made it alot easier for us. Seeing as we booked with GCLR and not the hotel directly, I found the hotel staff to not be helpful. Overall it was a good experience.

Great view. Well appointed. Nice king bed. Entry door wind whistle is very annoying if you have balcony doors open. Main couch bit ratty and due for an upgrade.

We were not able to travel due to the lockdowns with COVID. Disappointingly wotif and Soul Apartments were not able to reschedule our trip, nor give us credit or provided a refund.

Lovely Apartment let down by a very worn out lounge that should have been taken to the tip a long time ago.it was so uncomfortable that i couldn't sit on it . Shame.

The property itself is beautiful. Amazing views in a very modern resort. The unit needs some maitenance as there is some cracked tiles in the common areas and a professional tile cleaning company is needed to freshen up the floors. The cleaners need to be more thorough as there was two different medications, unwrapped laying on the floor next to the main bed. Not a problem for me to pick up and put in the bin but if my young children were with me they could have easily eaten them. There was also a spilt drink under the lounge and at one point a couple of tumble weeds of hair rolled across the lounge room floor and out onto the balcony. (My hairline is retreating faster than Donald Trumps political prospects, so definitely not mine). Overall I would stay again. In my opinion Peppers Soul is one of the best resorts on the Gold Coast, though I would request a different unit. I also hope the room would be cleaned more thouroughly next time.

Perfect location but since it was privately owned we had to go through an office away from the building for any amenities ,keys or any other requirements, peppers soul staff didn’t want to get involved

Room 3704 unacceptable gap underneath main door cause piercing whistling noise in windy conditions. Maintenance was happy with me fixing with towel. Unable to sleep first 2 nights before I found cause of noise. Asked for credit but agent knocked back. 3 down lights also not working. Wouldn’t use them again

Soul is fantastic!!....really enjoyed our stay....only thing GCLR could do better is allow the keys to be picked up at the property rather than a 10 minute drive away abit of a hassle when arriving in the dark a/hrs....the location of soul can't be beat tho really! Highly recommended, and would stay again.

This property is superb, could not be better. The view is amazing, the pools and spas are fantastic and all in such a convenient location. Also the breakfast downstairs was really great.

I have to say that it was a perfect stay! The apartment feels brand new, right by the beach and the mall. I will definitely stay again on my next visit! Great work to the staff for maintaining the place! The view was awesome!!! The check-in was not at the property, but it is not a show stopper. The check-in was smooth and the staff were very friendly! Great ambassadors of Australia!

Location and ocean view were amazing! However, it is confusing for us that we are not entitled to toiletries replacement unlike a hotel so we ran out of toilet paper which is insufficient for 6 of us for our three nights stay.

You name a thing it was the worst experience stinky carpet with stains and no house keeping service even after they had it advertised. Can’t contact property manager over the weekend and any day after 3 needed up picking up keys from 4 km away not worth it it’s better to book with someone else .

We were extremely excited about spending a special occasion at Soul. The facilities were excellent. The pools were a bit cold but there is a massive indoor spa. The view was also excellent but the room was uninhabitable. It was filthy. The bathroom stunk like bleach and the linen was stained. When we complained they advised to put foil over the trays in the oven and although fresh linen was promised, we didnt receive it. Very disappointing. For the price you pay, you would expect so much better.

GCLR service is fantastic and Surfers Paradise Peppers Soul is perfect for our annual holiday. Location and hotel are ideal for those that want the Australian beach stay with all the conveniences at your door step.

We loved every minute of our stay at Soul. The apartment is very luxurious with all the little extras to make your stay even more enjoyable. The views are breathtaking. We can’t wait to return.
