So comfy and very well equipped for 4 days.

The apartment was clean and stocked with towels. The instructions were clear. The unit is a little smaller than I thought. But everything was good.

Loved the two room setting. Just had a shower head leak, burnt iron, and perhaps adding a small stove in the kitchen. Communication was excellent, and super accessible to the airport!

Quiet area, nice and cleaner room.

No check in area and no on site instructions. For one thing my studio was not ready when I got there. At 1:30Am there was a guy knocking on my door asking me for information on how to check in. I understood because when I first got there there were no signs to guide me on how was I supposed to check in. Positive about this property is that it’s very closed to San Juan Airport and other areas.

Very clean and it has designated parking. I just wish they were a little faster with their communication. The host was very nice. Our room was double booked but we were able to get into another room (they were all the same) with no problems. You cannot beat this studio, especially for the price. I would definitely recommend this rental and I cannot get over how clean it was and how good it smelled.

Clean and cozy. We wasn’t aware that we needed to contact the property for entry instructions before arriving. We had to google and finally message orbitz to get the property managers number for instructions on entry. Their number should be on the orbitz website or emailed to you. That was bad business. Other than that, our stay was nice and comfortable.

A great place to stay for a short trip. This is our second stay and everything went smoothly.

The bed was confortable, the ownwer answer the phone . But the room was dirty, dust, food residue all arround the apartment, bad smell in the bathroom. Electrical plugs exposed, trash all arrround the property. Not recomended!!!

What a gem! Perfect for staying out of the busy tourist area for a few days or just and overnight before catching your flight. Thank you Eduardo for the extra assistance late at night. I was with my son after a few long days of competition and could not wait just to go to bed. Eduardo showed up right on time to walk us in. Truly appreciated.

For the price your really can’t complain much about the property. Elizabeth was very communicative and helpful with the check in process. It was easy, but did run into a few hiccups in terms of the doors. Because the door has to be locked from the inside with a key, it can be a safety hazard. The bedroom was very clean, and given how humid the weather is, the room was dry and comfortable thanks to the dehumidifier and AC units. The bathroom had a few flies that kind of lived in the shower and the bathroom sink had some mineral build up on the faucet where the water came out from. I don’t think any of this should stop someone from staying here. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay. It’s wonderful value for the price.

Very clean, clear instructions on how to check in and out. Didn’t like the shower, has no door makes the bathroom floor wet. Small rooms, but was good for two people
