The outside Pool area was lovely, with a lovely BBQ area. Top Marks for that.

There were no pots or pans to cook with. The stove cord was too short so you could not use the stove to cook on or the Oven, When I asked about the pots / pans and utensils - I was told to go and buy my own? This is supposed to be a holiday rental that is self catering, I expect to be able to at least cook something? But to rent for 3 days with kids and be told to buy my own knives / forks / pots / pans / plates - was a complete an utter shock. If this is the case - inform us so we can have the option of not booking. The taps kept popping off the walls and we had to screw them in again. Interior handiwork is sub standard. Beds were relatively comfortable. The demand for a cash fee of 1000 AED for breakage was unexpected. For what we received - it was shocking and I would not recommend this to anyone. Also warning could be given that it is next to a labour camp and sandwiched on a dirt road between two mosques so there is absolutely no peace and quiet, as each tries to outdo the other. When we arrived I genuinely though we were lost as the "Villa" was between shacks in a dodgy part of town. I got such a fright I wanted to leave but with no refunds - I could not. We made the best of it as you do and spent 90% of the time at the beautiful pool.
