By the name of lake view , it is not like near the lake view , having congested location, no parking facility , congested walkways and room, floor hygiene of room not good , even no rubber before wash room, no right information on body wash and shampoo, inside wash room is not in standard , room attender is not available on time, regular items like toothpaste and hair oil that also not available, , took many attempts to get tooth paste and denied on hair oil like this first time faced such experience, though not having restaurant , no support for ask for any assistance on food . Reception person is good and agreed my cancellation after 3 days till i get another hotel(Not informed them to shifting to other hotel , just informed vacating the hotel to for travel) . Booked this hotel based on Navan portal listing and it is for my official booking but i got info. from Navan in message as personal booking. i had selected this hotel for reducing travel time to go to factory, which is in Bala Nagar , Pedda Pally. From sham Shamshabad it will take 40 min, comparatively less time of travel. Suggestion is ,kindly review hotels with pre onsite update of facility.

I did not like this hotel in many aspect as mentioned above.

Room clean, near to airport and easy access to restaurants near by.

The room was not ready when we reach and someone mopping it when we enter room. communication and coordination is issue as not a English speaking person at the reception all times.
