Excellent hotel in terms of staff and amenities. The Address at Jabal Omar should be your address while in Makkah! Note, that there is alot of construction in the area. However, the hotel provides shuttle (every 5 minutes) to Haram.

It is a good hotel in Makkah, but it still lags behind the Address brand of hotels in Dubai. Buffett breakfast and dinner aren’t worth the hype or price.

2 minutes to alharam by bus It’s not easy to walk as to alharam but I think when all the constructions done around it will be decent. The hotel was new and comfortable. Breakfast was good

Words can’t describe how amazing this hotel is. Literally best service, best staff and everything is between. I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be as close as possible to the Kabba.

Such a lavish hotel! When you enter the hotel, there’s this amazing smell of fragrance, not sure what it is but it’s very unique and fresh. The shuttle service is so ideal. Comes every 2 mins to haram, you have to walk into hyaat hotel but through a nice mall but straight to haram. The bed is super comfortable & the pillows are outstanding soft!! Easily the comfiest pillows I have slept on. Also worth taking note, there is a prayer room on the 36th floor which overlooks haram and it’s beautiful. But only opens during prayer times. The WiFi is excellent. The staff went over and beyond to make our stay super comfortable. The restaurant/dining area is amazing and worth trying the coffee & baklava from there!! Absolutely delicious!! You can’t really walk from here to haram, as it is a bit hilly and steep, so the best option is shuttle but it is perfect. I went with my wife, 7 month old daughter and mum, we had amazing experience here and would definitely come again! Thanks!!

Best hotels I stayed at

Stayed here for my first Umrah, Overall it was an okay experience. The hotel itself is great, it is spacious clean and also it had a good breakfast with a wide range so I cannot fault that. They did however not clean my room for one of the days despite leaving the clean room sign all day AND telling them again but they did not clean it. However the main concern was the shuttle bus. This was total chaos, people pushing and shoving arguing etc. There is no system set by the hotel and it would cause me to wait 20/30 minutes for a shuttle bus back to the hotel especially after Fajr. This is a 5 star hotel and they have not set a proper system in place for the shuttle bus. I hope they solve this soon

Great hotel!

Spacious hotel. However, the name ‘Address’ Jabel Omar Hotel is confusing and the taxi from the airport sent us to the wrong hotel. And walking from the shutle bus stop to Al haram masjid is tiring. If there is a way to stop the bus at flat parking area near Al haram will be preferable.

Amaaazing stay, not only the hotel, but also people are made it amazing, from check in to check out, every person we dealt with had the friendliest attitude ever.

The hotel is brand new and some services are not yet available. The Address standards are there and I would expect it to improve

I recently stayed at Jabal Omar Marriott Hotel, Makkah and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is located in the heart of the holy city of Makkah and is only a 3-minute walk to Al Masjid Al-Haram. The hotel offers 426 luxurious and spacious rooms in a modern style including 52 luxurious suites, an architectural masterpiece lobby and reception area. The hotel features two restaurants: Spice Market and Olive, offering views of the Holy Haram and the city, in addition to Atrium Café, which serves snacks, light meals, pastries and soft drinks. The private prayer hall overlooking the Haram is a unique feature of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the service was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah.

This the best hotel in the entire Mekkah. The facility is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff are extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. The location is not that far. Once you fiend your way around you’ll be fine. Keep in mind that the area around the hotel is still under construction so once the side road is completed, and the tunnel access to masjid al haram, then getting to masjid will be very convenient

My stay was just wonderful. Shuttle bus available to Haram 24/7. you never wait for more than 3 min to be taken to Haram/back to the hotel The rooms are supper clean. Nice partial view of the kaaba they allowed me late check out and i stayed in the lunch which is the best i have seen in a hotel with perivate and quiet rooms. Service so amazing This is my hotel for my next Oumra insha Allah
