Very good owner Diego with a nice dog! We called at morning for asking to leave our baggage before check-in and he even opened our room at noon instead 4 p.m. and was helpful and friendly. The room was enough comfortable, very safe and calm for restful time. Good kitchen for cooking with big fridge, free cafe, tea, sugar and salt etc. We spent time in the kitchen also after check-out. Location is perfect near tube station Archway and 1 minute walk to the cheap supermarket Aldi. We wish all the best for Diego and will return here next time. Highly recommend this accommodation!

Nothing serious... At first moment we found only hot water in shower but Diego easily helped us with a special setting.

Very responsive host, they also allowed us to store the luggage before check in. Location is great, easily accessible by bus.

Bedroom door could not be locked from the inside. Access to the facilities (bathroom, kitchen) was unclear. Lots of coming and going throughout the night. At some point there was a free roaming dog outside our room with no warning about it. Overall sketchy feeling, though not too untypical for London. The address indicated in the listing is not 100% accurate (same street but around 25 min from where indicated).

Comfy bed in an airy room. For a single person wanting somewhere to sleep and shower at a reasonable price, this is it! The Upper Holloway Underground is just a short walk away. Likewise, Archway tube station. Buses right outside your door. I will certainly use again , if the need arises.

Everything else. Reality and the photos do not match. The host is a great guy, but the property is terrible. It's very untidy, not value for money.
