Am not stressing on this point, but you need to work on the smell inside the apartment.

Location, beach, pool, pet-friendly.

Cleanliness and mold overgrowth. There was no bedding and towels for the third guest, no wi-fi, TV channels or Netflix, no shower curtain. A/C didn’t work properly and temperature could not be adjusted easily. Bed next to the kitchen counter so you can’t get off the bed from that side. Very used furniture, pictures are deceiving. No balcony.

To be honest, my expectation of this property at Al Marjan was high with the photos but it wasn't as we expected.

Firstly I would like to mention "Do not get into this fake rating and pics and loose your money" We have visited this property yesterday and to be honest our stay wasn't pleasant. The following are the reasons. - It is a studio flat (not one bedroom apartment as mentioned ) located inside the residential building and when we entered the building and specially the corridor it was very bad smell and its the same inside the apartment as well. - The Key was kept under the door mate and when we went no security or anyone. - Inside the fridge kept some left over fruits and eggs and also the fridge wasn't cleaned well. - The apartment wasn't clean or well maintained. - Even it was bad smell when you open the backside door so, you cannot enjoy the view. - No tea or coffee but they mentioned it was available. Immediately after we entered the property itself called Booking.com and complained. They were very supportive but unfortunately they couldn't able to help in this even after speaking to the property owner. We were ready to leave the place if they return our payment but they refused. Later a person from that property called at 10pm and he agreed to accept the cancellation and offer AED150 refund back (I paid AED 650). Since Money wasn't my main concern I haven't accept it, as once the booking is cancelled I cannot post my review and share the pictures for others benefits. Next day we left the property early in the morning itself. I have booked a room at Hyatt Regency Dubai (5 star) with breakfast and I am paying only Aed 550 whereas I paid AED 650 and received nothing. WAST OF MONEY. The fair price for this property should be 200 or less and the deserve ratting of 5 or less. Attaching a few pictures for others benefit.

Ein sehr schöner Privatstrand direkt vor dem Komplex. Wunderbar. Gutes WiFi, gut eingerichtet, schöne Sicht direkt auf das Meer.

The apartment is clean and it has a relaxing view. The staff assist us properly.
