Very welcoming staff. Large room and clean. 3 minute walk from the train station.

Very quirky,but in a very well put together way. Staff were friendly, rooms were big and well-equipped

The breakfast wasn’t great.

the evening meal on Saturday and Sunday breakfast both had good choices, were well cooked and presented. A new hotel so everything is new and shiny, comfortable bed, nice toiletries and huge lovely towels. Staff friendly and polite

The location is not good, was very difficult to find as it's not on a road. I drove around Coventry one systems and fly overs several times before eventually finding it. If you're with less mobile people then good luck! I was told to park at the station car park & hotel would charge £8.00 for 24hrs. I took a ticket on entering the multi storey, parked & walked to hotel. 4/5 receptionists on duty (no name badges) in hotel uniforms, told the check in girl I had taken a ticket and was then told I didn't need one as they can connect to the car park on their computer, I said the website did not mention this, they said it would be ok as they can link with the car park. I thought nothing of this and on checking out paid the £8.00, even though their systems could not locate my vehicle, it'll be fine they said, famous last words as when I got to my car I realised there were TWO station multi storey car parks, again nothing mentioned on the web site and if you don't know Coventry you just park at the first one you find. I subsequently had to pay a further £11.00 to get out of the car park and Coventry, all in all I paid £19.00 for parking! Lack of bar staff on a Saturday afternoon/evening and tables we not cleared. The family group I was with left a table to go & get ready for dinner and when we came back down it had not been cleared, there was empty food bowls and glasses and had to ask the bar staff twice to clear them.
