Check in was a breeze. It was quick, and painless. I was greeted by the friendliest of staff. She made sure my HH Rewards was attached to the res without me even asking. I highly recommend paying this location a visit. Clean hotel. Nice little gym. Off to breakfast!

The stay, room, and breakfast were great. The pool was very cloudy and had debris floating in it. Other than the pool, it was nice. Gas and restaurants in walking distance.

Really really kind staff, super clean and rather new property - just stayed as we travelled through town but would stay again!

Cons: 1. Ants in the room 2. Stain on bedding 3. Breakfast - not good. Powdered eggs, smoked sausage instead of pork, no bacon. Canned fruit cocktail in a bowl by a sign that said "fresh fruit" 4. Hotel won't store freezer packs. So u less you travel with ice only, the packa thaw overnight. And there is not a freezer in your mini fridge like staff tells you. 5. Not enough tables/seating for breakfast Pros: 1. Air conditioner worked well 2. Aestetically pleasing

I have to imagine this is a fairly new building as everything is modern and in great condition. While the amenities were fairly standard, what really stood out were the nice touches in the room; especially in the bathroom. The lighting was very good, with the entire face/head being lit up and helping apply makeup, comb hair etc. There was lots of bathroom counterspace, including a 2nd level shelf, providing plenty of room for toiletries and the such. And there were more than enough towel hooks! These things may seem minor, but they made 'livng' there much more enjoyable and would convince me to stay here again over competitors.

Called to tell them I would arrive about 2 am. They said no problem. Got there at 2:05 and doors were locked. Pounded on the door for over 20 minutes before the night guy let us in. I complained he made zero comment! Talked with the manager in the morning and she said she couldn’t discount the rate because it was through hotels.com. Said would give me some points. Nope and no luck talking with her. She will not return my calls!

Very good room, breakfast, pillows, and staff. Parking lanes a little narrow. No fault of the hotel but the area around the hotel had closed restaurants for a bare look. Hotel was very clean.

The Hampton Inn was very clean and pleasant smelling. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The rooms were very thoughtfully designed. I t was worth the pay up versus the other hotels in the area.
