Dress code in restaurants having to wear pants in Mexico is ridiculous while at a tropical resort. Nothing to do at resort but lay around pool.

I LOVED this resort - Secrets Playa Blanca. One week of stay is not enough. I thank all of the staff for their assistance and for being so kind throughout our stay. Food was immaculate in the restaurants. Drinks were also very good. Rooms were beautiful as described and the pools were amazing! Definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely be coming back

Excellent service since you arrive. Very polite and professional. The resort itself is amazing, nice variety of restaurants. The staff is amicable and always with a smile whenever they address you. The room was beautiful, and our concierge Adrian always took care of us and provided information about all hotel activities during our stay. Easy to book activities outside of the hotel thanks to the Amstar team.

We had a late arrival and were greeted but the receptionist. The resort is stunning and all of the employees were so friendly and helpful! The breakfast buffet was wonderful, the lunch choices were very good as well. Our diners were all so good, the Italian restaurant Portifino was our absolute favorite meal. Our room was lovely and left nothing for our wants or needs. The beach was beautiful, it did have some sea weed but it is the ocean and there was a slight small
Storm out in the gulf so totally understandable. We highly recommend this resort!

For it being all inclusive, you still had to pay. Pay for a massage, pay for some dinners and drinks. I assumed all inclusive meant “all free” I guess I was wrong.

Loved the property and the staff very accommodating and very friendly. Service was great and they catered to all your needs. Also although, service at main restaurants at time could be a little slow. Drinks were great. Beach was very well maintained and freed of seaweed.

We stayed 5 days for my 30th birthday in August and it was an amazing time! The food, staff and ocean had to be my top favorites!
I want to say a HUGE shout out to Roberto Carlos, our server at the bar pool. He was so friendly and attentive and made our stay at Secrets the best! We looked for him all 5 days to sit in his section. This man deserves a raise!!
I also want to shout out Casandra in hospitality and Erika and Joel in entertainment. Erika has quite the energy to keep the good times rolling!
My favorite restaurants were SeaGrill I went there many times for there Bone Marrow plate it was delicious and the French restaurant for the lobster ravioli.
I recommend bringing a Yeti to keep your drinks cold.
The only down side was the mosquitoes, I got bit 23 times and was actively spraying mosquito repellent.
Overall I give 5 stars to our experience here.
Were going to miss Roberto Carlos he was the best!.

Awesome time in our non preferred jr suite swimout this week. We usually stay preferred but just booked a week ago. Didn’t feel like I was missing much. This is a beautiful place. Lots of chairs everywhere. I thought the food was excellent here compared to other Secrets we have stayed at. We have stayed at many. Service was great, water was beautiful,and the sand is the softest!

This resort is so relaxing and beautiful. I loved everything about it . we did have one minor issue regarding a leak on our room but they came a few times to fix the issue. The food and drinks were great. They have so many events and things to do

I liked the cleanliness and the restaurants were really good. We didn’t like the requirement in all restaurants that the men had to wear pants at dinner. The food and service was just okay around the pools.

The resort was beautiful, and the service was amazing. The best service I have ever received. The entertainment crew (Erica, Jerry and others) were the best. My daughter is vegan and the chefs at all the restaurants were very accommodating, especially Alexi at the Market restaurant who personally made her meals and delivered them to her in person. Jesus swim up bar made the best non-alcoholic beverages for me since I don't drink alcohol.
