Très bon emplacement
Très bruyant très mal isolé, on fait que entendre les voisins du dessus , ainsi que toutes les évacuations douche et toilettes des habitants du dessus

Appartement très spacieux, propre, bien décoré, avec un parking à proximité, ce qui est très pratique lorsqu’on arrive en voiture. Merci pour toutes les informations précises accompagnée de photos. Nous avons tout trouvé seuls sans problème grâce à votre précieux message de bienvenue contenant tous les codes et accès.

There were no instructions on how to use the coffee maker. Luckily we found a kettle and were able to make tea.
There was no sign on the building indicating that it was "Westview Luxury Suites", nor was there a sufficiently large enough number indicating that we had indeed found the building. When we booked, we had no idea that we would be in the middle of a construction zone, where street signs are hard to see. We are just thankful that we arrived during daylight hours and that a member of your cleaning staff was able to assist our entry.

Aesthetic. Easy access.
Bathroom toilet drain issue. Bedroom lamp fell apart and blocked balcony. No seating on balcony. Balcony view was construction.

Très beau appartement très lumineux dans un petit immeuble récent.
Tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour dans un quartier calme.
L'accès à la terrasse sur le toit de l'immeuble est super pour apprécier un magnifique couché de soleil sur Ottawa.
Pour nous les rideaux des grande baies vitrées ne sont pas suffisamment occultant et promettent un réveil très matinal.
Mais c'est sans doute une question d'habitude pour nous qui disposons de volets à toutes les ouvertures.

Located near to Metro. Free car parking.

One if the bathrooms had a missing towel rail and other fittings including the sink tap were loose.

Great apartment with everything needed to self-cater for a few days. Kitchen well equipped and roomy. Entertainment package good. Very clean. Parking was fine. Communication was in great detail and helpful
There was construction work going on across the street which commenced at 06:30 on weekdays but finished around 5:00pm. The area is a short distance from the city centre and is clearly an urban regeneration area, but we felt safe and secure there.

Nos pilló lluvia y frío en Ottawa, en el apartamento hacía mucho frío y no se podía poner la calefacción.

The parking arrangements were not great. The transparency that there are major construction works going round the entire building should be made clearer to people coming. We were woken up at 7am with construction so loud that didn't stop until we checked out. We could barely hear ourselves talking to each other. I would have never rented this place had I known about the noise levels.

The condo was very spacious for my partner and I, very clean, and had all of the essential for our stay. It's location was great, not too far from the suburbs nor downtown Ottawa which was great!
There was nothing to complain about but I had wished the condo had more cleaning supplies for when cooking and wanting to clean afterwards

Clean large space, everything we needed for our stay. Great supply of kitchen items. I really appreciated the kettle for making tea.
Easy to follow directions for check in and check out.
I contacted the property manager re air conditioning and pleasant and helpful experience.
It was great to have a designated parking space.
The rooftop patio is wonderful.
The air conditioning unit was not adequate to cool the space. We kept the blinds closed to help keep the space cool.
A few minor repairs are needed and wall paint needs to be refreshed in places. (Sink plug missing in the bathroom and the toilets are not set to be level, the rock.)

Convenient, clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated, great, hot shower, very clear instructions for everything from the parking to the codes for entry
The bed was far too hard. It was cold. There didn’t seem to be any heat available

Tolle Ausstattung. Es war alles da von Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine bis hin zur Seide für die Hände. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen super Blick auf die Skyline.
Sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Es war sehr schön.
Leider etwas hell am Morgen, durch fehlende dunkel Rollos. Bis auf das war es wirklich richtig klasse.

Very clean and new, easy access. Close to parliament hill and river. Very convenient location.
Parking is not connected to the building, not a big deal, just little inconvenience.

The decor of the suite was beautiful. The location was perfect for our destination. The communication for access was adequate. Parking close by. Clean and well cared for.
We needed to give a webinar and the internet didn't work. This was very difficult for our stay. The internet came on later after our webinar was over. Important in case this property is required as a workspace.

New unit good standard finishes could be of a higher quality. Part of the shower was broken.
But it’s was good value for the price.
The neighbourhood is going through construction stage from old houses to new. Until that is completed it is a bit rough looking in parts.
It’s Parking is down the road isn’t ideal

Clean, modern, good location.
The biggest disappointment was the coffee maker. No filters or coffee provided (other than instant). I expected a Keurig or, at least, coffee and filters to make a cup in the morning.
