Overall a great experience. But too crowded and too expensive for what the hotel offered. They asked me to pay $150/night extra for a rollaway twin bed.

Probably one of the best hotels in the world. The service is faultless, whilst the bedrooms are finished to an exceptionally high standard. The attention to detail by the housekeepers is on another level.

All were good except the check in. We had the reservation done online, paid in full but still took us 20 minutes to do the paper work arriving at midnight, that needs to improve.

It was simply amazing. The Peninsula has a mythical status anyway, and expectations were very high (possibly unrealistically so) but they were met and exceeded in all respects. The attention to detail and service quality is unparalleled in my experience.
