The customer service was good. The quality of the room was less than average. It smelled like old cigarette smoke. The bed was VERY hard and uncomfortable. Their were stains on the furniture. The restaurant at this location was very good.

The rooms are pretty typical for Embassy. Clean and spacious. Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. The best part was the beautiful pool area! Huge and tropical with a pool bar.

My stay was great. This is the third or fourth time i have stayed here.The room was comfortable and alwats kept clean. The front desk personnel was attentive, especially a young woman by the name of Neiyarlis (i hope i have the spelling correct)

I stay one nigh the room wasn’t for the price I paid for I don’t like it at all … I stayed before in embassy hotels and this one was the worse one .. my first time ever I left a bad review

Good hotel near the airport. The suits are spacious with a door making it one bedroom. Only rain shower (no tub) so not good for infant. The breakfast is basic but good enough (Omelete made to order) scramble eggs, potatoes, pan cakes. Overall a good hotel to stay near the airport.

Enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, and the bathroom was renovated. One perk we enjoyed was it was a close walk to the beach. We had dinner one night by the bar and the hamburger was really good. We will definitely be back.

We loved the pool, pool bar, happy hour with two free drinks they did each night, and the delicious breakfast buffet! The rooms were also super clean, spacious, and comfortable. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the San Juan area. Also, the beach was just a short walk away. The beach chairs and umbrella this hotel provides made for a very relaxing time on the beach!

The temperature outside was only in the 80s, but the lobby and eating area was so cold there was condensation on the windows. Also our room temperature when we arrived was 62 degrees. We turned off the AC. Running AC at such a low temperature wastes energy and actually makes people uncomfortable. The hotel could save money and the environment by not keeping the indoor AC so cold. Otherwise very nice.

Rooms were the same and there was some water damage to the room. They are undergoing renovation. Looking forward to a new look. Would love to return.

Fast check in, great welcoming staff. Every staff member we met was friendly. The property structure, like pool area, outside patio, the kids pool… need attention and caring.
