The smiling service made our stay wonderful.
Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. The room was spacious and very clean! The breakfast buffe was one of the biggest I have ever seen during all my years at 5 star hotels. I also enjoyed the location in the city center with a short walk to the seaside.

As always - the staff are amazing and world class, also the gym is well equiped. One of the reasons I keep going back to Hilton!
But the other parts of the hotel even with the renovations still looks aged. And will find it difficult to compete with the new ones, I am sure it's already felt.

The Hilton is a gorgeous hotel and the staff, service, food, rooms and the ambience makes it perfect. I must say a special thanks to Gaveena who made the check in process so delightful. For our wait time she provided us a newly renovated room with spectacular views. I would definitely stay at the Hilton again!

We stayed 2 nights, the staff were very attentive and welcoming. The lobby area is very impressive however our room was a little tired and the bathroom basic with a shower bath and curtain. I would have expected better for Hilton. However, the breakfast buffet was superb as was our dinner at the Emperors Wok. The swimming pool is quite a walk from the hotel and you need to use a private bridge to cross the road to the pool (so lots of steps). You also need to walk through the hotel lobby and bar/piano area to get to the lift which whilst in swimming gear and towel I found annoying.

Good pool and gym. Roads facing the road will attract some noise so worth going for sea view. Area busy but within walking distance of beach, fort shopping malls if u can cross road. Near railway station and track comes close to swimming pool.

The welcome gift and the room decoration was very good with a flower arrangement. One room attendent, Dinesh, was very talented and had a special ornament made from a towel every day after cleaning the room which made us feel wanted and welcoming

Staff were so nice, hotel was genuinely lovely. Big, bit didn't have that bland corporate feel that so many hotels of this size do. Would recommend without hesitation.
