people were in the pool late making lots of noise to many cats

I absolutely adored this place!! If you can get past the many cats around the parking area, you’re good! Televisions in the rooms would be a plus!! I would definitely recommend and book again. We were close to so much, whether driving or walking.

Priced right. Located next to every thing you need. Private enough and has a cool beach section in the back that was perfect for my little one. It’s very basic but I think for the price, it’s a great deal. I used Uber everywhere, was also very cheap!

We had a huge delay which required us to have to get a hotel last minute. This place was perfect for us for our late night and early morning. I honestly wish we had one more night here just to soak up the local vibe. Communication and check in was made easy, and the room Apt 5 was great for two adults and one kiddo.

I am going to try and not be too hard, because you get what you pay for, and it served it's purpose for the price. It is a gated entrance, and I had to ask for the codes to both the auto gate, and the facility door to even get in. There is also a code for your room, and a code for the keybox located outside which is to house the keys for your room. Yep, no keys in the box... I was given the code to one of the other apartments to retrieve the keys from there and that they would work, which was concerning... So, I went to that box, and no keys there either. So we used the code to the door on the lock, one time, before it was not functional, which means we couldn't lock our door the entire time we were there. Customer service said they would bring additional keys and put them in our lock box, which they did, but neither set would fit the lock. At this point I was exhausted with it and choose just to take things I didn't want to risk getting stolen with me during the day. The pool was dirty and the pool pump was not on the first two days we were there. A pool guy came by day two and did his magic, and the pool was great after that. The wifi in the room was not functional, and I "texted" this to customer service and it wasn't even recognized. You will never meet an actual person here, all communication is through text unless you call the Otium customer service line. I ended up having to hotspot my phone to the Roku TV in order for my son to watch it during the evening

There were missing utensils which made it hard to cook. The sofa bed had springs popping out. The AC made an annoying noise every time it was on making it so hard to sleep. The surrounding area is filled with cats and across the street from an abandoned house. The pool from the time I was there wasn’t cleaned. The area around the pool was filled with other visitors dirty wet clothes. I took a photo of a beer can that was inside the pool. You have only one way to exit and that’s by car; if you are on foot you have to walk down a dark alley. The experience was not good, can’t believe I paid for early checkin.

Overall my stay was pretty good! The only downfall was There were very small ants in the kitchen and a late check out apparently wasn’t available per the agent I spoke to after I payed for the late checkout on the website since it was offered on my main screen.

I wish I could say I loved my stay, but it was more aggravating, especially during my birthday and not only did I not get my check in information but at 1 AM I was unable to get into the room after traveling all day and they made me problem solved when I had tried to get into the gate And I was on hold for an hour you the videos and photos they sent. You are not actual way to get into the property there’s cats and trash everywhere. I had to use a set of keys, which I almost lost multiple times due to the Flimsy of the keychain Was given a call in four days to fix my keyless entry or compensated for a different unit. Very disappointed my birthday was Ruined a huge inconvenience do not match the actual property at all where I’ve ever had in my life and I travel weekly. Only nice part is on the ocean.
