Was a quick check in with no issues, the only problem was at night cause someone was trying to open my room door, was scary and i report to front desk and security comes to verify

Amazing location with tons of options for dining and fun within walking distance. The hotel was nice enough to let us check in early around 11am which was very helpful

This hotel is connected to a large mall. So there’s lots to do shopping wise. Very busy and active. Nice areas to walk too as well.

For what it is, its perfect. Easy access to beach by bus, 10-30 min walk from many good local restaurants, mall has supermarket. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable.

Suitable property for a short term stay before or after flight, for business travel, etc. Simple furnishings and property, slightly dated, sounds carry a bit room to room. Accommodating staff who helped store my bags upon early arrival and access a day pass to the sister resort on the beach.

Very helpful staff. Located in a shopping mall, tons of options for shopping, dining and entertainment. Great food, recommend La Parrila in the second floor food city of the adjacent mall. Hotel has free coffee from 6-9 AM on the fifth floor. Bus and taxi stand on both sides of the mall.

Was give a room with a common door, could hear everything, got changed to another room with hardly any water coming out from shower and no hot water
