The location of the property was sensational, Woolies right underneath, walking distance to everywhere! The views were spectacular. We didn't like how our 3rd bed wasn't made up on our arrival and wasn't as big as we were told when we booked (it was meant to be a double pull out sofa, but it was a large single futon, not comfy at all and couldn't fit our 2 children on it). Otherwise, everything was great.

The place is nice and easy access to everything but unluckily the washing machine and dryer is not working in our room. One thing more, floor carpets were dusty and not properly vacum specially on the corners.

The views are amazing both sides of apartment - we absolutely loved our stay was a spacious apartment with all the necessities needed just fantastic will be back again 😊

Stayed in unit 1245. Large, clean, good amenities, GREAT views. Building was quiet and nice. We loved the location -- lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and a large Woolworth's grocery store mere steps away. Had a great time in Surfer's Paradise.

Ain’t disappointed as the photos are very deceptive. We thought we were getting this massive balcony only to find it to be small/medium. Condition or place was worn and rundown abit has seen many people gone through it. All dishes needed washing prior to use as they were greasy and dirty

We had a wonderful stay at Circle on Cavill. The apartment was in a superb location to explore the surfers paradise area, also close to public transport if required, however we had a car so utilized the parking provided. The apartment itself was well equipped with comfortable beds,extra bedding, cooking utensils and implements not to mention the foxtel and entertainment facilities available for use. Definitely recommend.

Great building with views, shops and transport within or on the perimeter of the property. The apartment itself was well designed but in need of some TLC. It would benefit greatly from repairs to fixtures and fittings and a decent clean.

We stayed in the Level 24 2 bed-roomed apartment. The location and appointment of the apartment was incredible, so spacious with excellent furniture and entertainment facilities. The location was also amazing. The views were beyond belief, having spectacular views to both the Ocean and to the Hinterland. Amazing. There were a few things that would have been improved upon slightly. The check in process was a bit weird, watch out for a surcharge if you are outside of "Check in" times. Some of the crockery and utensils were still dirty, the balcony was a bit dirty too, nothing insurmountable though. The biggest disappointment was that the outdoor lagoon style swimming pool onsite was freezing cold, the kids were forced to use the indoor pool. First world problems, but something I think can be improved upon.

Who is a really good unit great position however there is no way in surface Paradise to store your baggage should you not be leaving the Gold Coast straight away

Had a wonderful time. Great modern apartment, great location with fantastic views. Spotlessly clean, excellent service, great amenities. Shops and cafes and restaurants all within the complex. We will stay again.

The apartment location is very good. There's Woolworth, restaurants, pharmacy just right below the apartment. The parking is also very secure. The kitchen is considered well equipped. The room and toilet itself are considered clean. However, we're quite upset with the apartment cleanness & security itself. Few rooms for improvements: 1. The dryer is super dusty. You literary can see a lot of thick dust on it. 2. In the master room, there's kinda storage room, when we entered, there's chair etc that you can see a thick dust there. 3. When we entered the apartment at night, it gave a very dark impression due to the dark carpet and yellow lighting. 4. furniture is quite old & the beanbag looked dirty 5. Teflon pots/pans peeled off, not sure if the owner knows that peeled off Teflon is not allowed to be used. Worst of all, we were not told that there's painting activities on the building. We're having a big surprise to see 2 guys were on our balcony in the morning and having a chit chat (resting as they might be too tired doing their job). We've never locked the balcony door, luckily the guy didn't do harmful things to us. Luckily they were not there when I was nak*d after a shower. Overall experience is quite disappointing. We thought this is exactly same as Mantra on Canvill, but it's under different management and this apartment is considered very very not well maintained. Plus point: you get much lower price compared to mantra on Canvill.
