We were impressed with the intelligently and carefully designed room. Like the average hotel in Tokyo you don’t have a large amount of space around your bed, however it makes very good use of the space that is available. Plus the room had a microwave and a washer/dryer which is so convenient. Hotel is in a good location - just a few minutes walk to Higashi-Ginza and Tsukiji stations. Shower and toilet were immaculate.

The hotel was brand new, so the rooms are clean and staff are very friendly helpful. Washer dryer unit inside the room was definitely a huge plus! Will stay again.

This hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, the rooms were very well laid out. We stayed in a room for two people and it was spacious and had a washer/dryer. The location of the hotel is excellent for shopping and dining. The public bath was a great experience and would recommend to anyone wanting to try a Japanese onsen.

The hotel is brand new but lots of room features are not well implemented.
The daily loud construction noises, the limited number of towels provided in room, full house keeping every other day only, the ‘eco’ paper products that requires you use more than otherwise due to being too thin.
There are additional negatives in and out of the room itself across the hotel. I will be avoiding any Mitsui hotel properties going forward. If a brand new property can leave this much to be desired I can only imagine older properties being even less favorable.
