Specifically, for ALL RESERVATIONS, some of the amenities included are:

1. Pool
There is a pool in the front of the property that is shared with another listing. Each listing has its own pool schedule and is allotted a minimum of 4 hours of exclusive pool usage EVERY SINGLE DAY. This means that the listings will never share the pool at the same time.
Accordingly, it is available within the following timeframes:
All odd-numbered dates (i.e., 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, etc.), this listing gets the pool in the afternoon (5 PM – 9 PM).
All even-numbered dates (i.e., 2, 4, 6, 8, etc.), this listing gets the pool in the morning (9 AM – 1 PM).
Pool will be deep cleaned every Tuesday and Friday.
2. 50% discount in any of our tours around the island
You are welcome to check our IG (@HighSoClub) for some of the many tours we offer around the island. The 50% discount that we offer are tours to el Yunque National Forest, Hiking to the top of Mt. Britton observatory in the middle of the rainforest, Natural water slides and cliff jumping, Culebra/Vieques Day Trip, Hiking Pico Rodadero, Blue Pool and Sand caves, Hidden Beaches, and more!
All third-party tours (i.e., Jet ski, Boat rental, Zip lining, Horse-back riding, ATV/UTV Rental, etc.) will be paid FULL FARE as they are NOT booked through or via us. These tours are exclusively third-party tours as we do not offer them.
3. Concierge/Superhost that will take care of you 24/7
From the time you book your reservation to the time you leave Puerto Rico; you will have a team of concierges/superhosts at your disposal! Anything and everything that you want or need for your special time in Puerto Rico (i.e. B-day preparations, chef services, reservations, bachelor(ette) parties, party planning, cakes, balloons, flowers, photographers, etc.), please do not hesitate to ask! We truly can get anything on this island.
After booking, we will send you a list of our tours as well as third-party tours with their respective prices for you to choose for each day that you are in Puerto Rico. Thereafter, we will build you an itinerary of your daily activities down to every hour of the day as well with hyperlinks for you to simply click and book (or we can even book for you if you’d like), prices, instructions, and special requirements for each and every tour.
Additional, for all reservations made AT LEAST 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCED, the following amenities are also included.
IF THE RESERVATION IS MADE WITHIN 3 WEEKS OF ARRIVAL, SOME OR ALL OF THE AMENITIES WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE RATE. PLEASE ASK THE HOST PRIOR TO BOOKING
4. Private Shuttle in the San Juan Area
All eligible guests will enjoy FREE transportation services from sun rise to sun set AND ONLY to/from the listing if it is located within the San Juan Area (see map of coverage). Transportation outside of these hours or outside this area is available, although for a small per person fee.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SEND AN ITINERARY OF YOUR PLANS (OR ASK US TO BUILD YOU ONE) TO SECURE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES. FAILURE TO HAVE AN APPROVED ITINERARY AT LEAST 5 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN WILL RESULT IN NO TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.
5. $5 Brunch OR $15 Dinners
Thursday to Mondays, we will have chef(s) on site to prepare brunch for all guests. Please do not make the mistake of assuming this is some cheap continental breakfast, as you will be impressed by the quality of brunches our chefs prepare (or you can check our IG @HighSoClub to see for yourself!).
Please note that the brunch service must be reserved BEFORE LANDING IN PUERTO RICO otherwise it is safe to assume it won’t be available as there are LIMITED SPOTS and the $5 payment is to reserve your spot.
Bring the champagne, we got the OJ!
**You can exchange THREE $5 Brunches for ONE $15 dinner**
6. Housekeeping
Our dedicated staff will make sure your listing’s common areas are cleaned every other day that you stay with us (i.e., take out the trash, wash and dry towels, refill toiletry, etc.)

DISCLAIMER
1. We charge a PER PERSON rate
As such, only the people reflected in your reservation will be allowed in your listing and in the Vans (NO EXCEPTIONS). We have staff on site 24/7 specifically to observe this rule is being followed.
2. $50 cash deposit per person
This fee is a hybrid fee that serves as a damage/security deposit (i.e., missing/stolen/broken items; glass in the pool, damages/incidentals, etc.) and an extra cleaning fee (i.e., stained couches, walls; spilling food/drinks or sand in the vans; makeup in towels/pillow cases; cigarette/blunts on the grass/premises, etc.).
3. Respect the neighborhood and the community
Quiet hours on site will start at 10 PM daily. This means no loud yelling, profanities, music speakers, etc. OUTSIDE of your listing as the police department and/or health department will show up if they are called. If this does happen, this will require your immediate removal from the property without a refund. THIS RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED
The shuttle rules and hours of operations are as follow:
1. The FREE hours of operation are from sunrise to sunlight Thursday to Monday (excluding all federal holidays). NOBODY WILL DRIVE YOU IN SAN JUAN SUNSET BECAUSE OF TRAFFIC. Even Uber drivers will ask you where you're heading before picking you up and if it’s a high-traffic area they will cancel on you and leave.
2. If enough demand, there may be extended days of operations (e.g. Tuesdays and Wednesdays) or extended hours of operations (e.g., 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM+). This will be discussed with the driver of the day and any parties wishing transportation outside the above schedule/dates.
3. On the weekends, we may have extended hours of operation (5 AM – 9 PM+).
4. The shuttle service is provided TO AND FROM your listing ONLY. There are no exceptions to this rule as it is NOT a taxi service (if you bribe/tip the driver to give you preferential treatment that's outside of our jurisdiction)
5. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SEND AN ITINERARY OF YOUR PLANS TO SECURE TRANSPORTATION. FAILURE TO HAVE AN APPROVED ITINERARY AT LEAST 5 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN WILL RESULT IN NO TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.THE LATER YOU INFORM US OF YOUR PLANS (within a matter of days/hours) THE LESS LIKELY WE WILL BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR TRANSPORTATION. Planning ahead is highly recommended.
6. As a shuttle service, the van will NOT wait around for guests since this will cause delays to the remainder of the daily route/schedule. Please do not be mad or offended if the van did not wait for your party because you were not at the designated time and place for pick-up.
7. THE FREE IN-HOUSE SHUTTLE is an added amenity and we DO NOT have any obligation to shuttle guests nor can we control external factors such as: if the van is in the shop for several days, the van is being used for other tours, there are no available drivers to provide transportation, etc.

This beautiful home has state of the art security system with 8+ motion-activated cameras throughout the exterior of the property, two-way video/audio ring bell system, alarms, automatic LED outdoor lights throughout the property, and keyless entry in all doors (including the bedrooms).
There’s a private/gated garage on premises with room to park 3 vehicles and 3 more private parking spots outside.
Throughout the exterior you'll find a big green yard as well as several lounge areas:
1. The exterior backyard has a dining room/patio that comfortably sits fourteen (14) guests and can be used/reserved for any dining, lounging, or events (i.e., bachelor(ette) events, birthdays, etc.);
2. The exterior backyard also has a living room that sits on top of a wood decking under a beautiful lighted pergola and comfortably sits another ten (10) guests.
3. There are four (4) bedrooms, one (1) living room, and two (2) bathrooms in this listing.
4. This listing comfortably sleeps 14 guests in a combination of four (4) queen beds, one (1) Twin XL Bed, one (1) day beds, and two (2) queen sofa beds.
