That my check in was 3 yet didnt get in the room till after 330 sorry that was kinda annoying

The atmosphere inside. Feels like a indoor vacation. It's great for small kids.

The food wasn't avaliable at the pool bar during the week. Had to go to the restaurant.

Charming little hotel, clean place, and really nice staff.

Not much other than the chlorine smell everywhere. But the pool was great for kids, so it was worth it.

We loved the hotel. The pool courtyard area makes you feel as if you are on a resort. We had lunch at the pub and the food was excellent. We enjoyed the golf lounge and the location is great as not to far from clifton hill but just far enough so you dont get the huge crowds.

We didnt like that the hotel is fully booked for the next year not with hotel guests. We wanted to take the whole family back for a trip but wont be able to do so as for no fault of the hotel its booked with measures out of their control. We understand however sadly they will miss out on a lot of great families going there.

The property is very clean and it shows they have been updating along the way. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. They always have staff on hand helping to keep the rooms and facilities clean.

The rooms definitely need more hanging options and/or wall hooks to be able to hang swim suits for those that stay several days. The rooms within the pool area are thin walled making it quite noisy.

the room having outdoor parking access. the proximity to pool and play ground. the room was spacious and clean. the staff was very nice and helpful. all areas were clean.

the noise very early in the morning woke us all up. walls were very thin and we could even hear footsteps from the people upstairs. there was no microwave and we could not get a late check out.

Hotel added many changes to our bill, quote was $323 for 3 nights in the end bill was almost $500 Charges $15/ night to park our car in outside parking lot Also 18 % tax tourism tax! No complimentary coffee or tea when you enter. 🤔
