I was there on the weekend, so street parking was available. The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds.

The air conditioning in my room did not work and the days that I stayed were the first hot days of the year, so the room was uncomfortably warm. I have to leave the window open in the bedroom (the only window in the room) with the curtains open as well, and there was a street light right outside the window. So I did not sleep well at all.

We had booked a suite coz 2 mom and 2 daughters staying for a dance competition. Room was really close to the venue we could walk so amazing. Spacious i wish beds wouldve been bigger but over all perfect for one night !

Suite was great. I was there for work and had a bit of issue with the Wifi one night. Location was great, lots of restaurants nearby, within walking distanceé

Parking was about 500 meters away and 15$ a day. There was an undergroud garage but was not offered to me. I would have appreciated since I had large briefcases for work that had to be transported back and forth to the car.

Not possible to shower. The bath/shower temperature was impossible to control. The water was either boiling hot or freezing cold.

The room is very spacious and facilities are great!

The suite (307) was great. Spacious and renovated. Bed was very comfortable

I found the arrival experience needs improvement. Employees do not have a uniform. Reception is small and dark. Hard to see associate behind the plexigalss and he did not even stand up. No one offered to assist me with my luggage even though there were two associates there. I believe there is an opportunity her for some training. Entrance to garage not the best as I had to get out of the car to open the door. Also found that way from garage to front desk requires more signage especially since once you go through the doors you find yourself in a corridor with guestrooms. Finally a small note that suite 307 the bathroom sink was blocked and one of the closet door handle caps is loose.

The apartment has a very good size and was just 30 minutes walk from the city center. There is across the apartment an small shop and a restaurant.

key cards didn’t open the doors. after three attempts moved to another room with a plumbing issue (toilet). was told they would reverse all charges via bookings.com but my bill does not reflect that.
