Not the best neighborhood, but the hotel is good value for money

L'emplacement et le prix sont bien. La chambre était assez grande et il y avait tout ce qu'il nous fallait (sauf une petite serviette pour se laver).

Nous n'avons pas apprécié le rideau de douche qui collait au corps. C'était seulement un drap qui absorbait l'eau. Ce n'était pas du plastique. La fenêtre avait un problème qui faisait que le vent faisait beaucoup de bruit. Nous nous sommes fait réveillé par le personnel qui a ouvert la porte de la chambre pendant qu'on dormait. Nous n'avions pas encore remis la clé, pourquoi entrez-vous?

Well kept clean room, Location has everything needed. Close to Casino. Friendly owner and staff.

We booked it for the pool access, but apparently in Gatineau if there isnt a life guard on duty we cannot use the pool. We stayed 2 nights, no pool access. Very dissappointed.

Suitable for a transit motel on the way to your next destination I really love the full kitchen facilities because of our cook food preferences

The staff were very accommodating to my groups late check-in and early checkout, and were very efficient all around. the beds were comfortable and the kitchenette well stocked with dishes and all sorts of odds and ends. Plus the immediate hot water was a huge plus!
