Great location and plenty of room.

This is the largest VRBO so far on our vacation— so much room to spread out and in a great location—less than 10 min walk to train station, 14 min walk to the Minster. Lots of small cafes and pubs. Very quiet. only oddity is that the o ly full bath with toilet, sink, and shower is upstairs. Another bedroom upstairs has shower and sink, but no toilet. .Second toilet is downstairs with no bathing.

Lovely apartment in gated area. Absolutely everything you would need for a stay. Tastelfully furnished and clean.
Location is a pleasant very short walk into the centre of town- so handy.
Would definitely book again and would recommend to friends. Thanks for a lovely stay for my daughter and me Sharon.

This is a perfect location for a week in York -- 5-10 minutes on foot to the heart of the city, but totally quiet. Well equipped, spacious, comfortable, with some really interesting design choices. We had a great time (helped along by very nice weather), and would love to return some time soon. Sharon was helpful with information and checking to make sure everything was in place. Highly recommended!

This is a clean, well maintained beautifully property in the heart of york and its attractions..
The quiet, peaceful setting allows for a good nights rest in comfortable beds after you explore the city.
Leave your car parked up in front of your house knowing everything is on your door step.
Take a trip along the river, enjoy many restaurants and take in all the sighys and culture of this wonderful city .
Definitely a home you should stay at as you wont be disappointed .

Super clean, has everything you need and more. A lovely temporary home whilst you're in York. Fantastic location, could easily walk to anywhere in the centre. The owners were very helpful and let us know everything we needed to beforehand. Highly recommend a stay

Beautiful property right in the centre of York. Very comfortable and spacious. The parking space was a real bonus. Would highly recommend and as we were visiting family hope to stay again soon.

I would have given this property 6 stars if I could - 5 for the property and 1 for the brilliant support and communications from the property owner Sharon.
The pictures on line are lovely but the property is nicer than they portray - it is so comfortable and perfect for a trip away.
And it is located in such a great place with a very short walk over the bridge and you are in the town centre.
Don't hesitate to book and you just know that Sharon would be there to help if there were any problems.

The location is excellent for the town and sights. Bit difficult to find on arrival by car and perhaps map would be helpful. My sat nav did not show no access streets. Also anyone with a larger SUV or the like will find the entrances and car parking tricky.

House was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and decorated and well equipped. The location is an easy walk into the city and it was great to have free private parking plus a permit for on street parking - great for two couples. The local area was quiet as was the courtyard of houses. Recommended for a convenient and comfortable visit to a lovely city.

This is a great place - furnished with lovely extravagant taste. Close to everything - yet it's quiet and secluded. Large laundry room; beautiful kitchen; 3 large and lovely bedrooms. Everything was spotless and perfectly suited to a short or long stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. Loved it!

We loved everything about the apartment. It has a new and modern feel. Communication from the owners was top class. The only note is that it was a bit hard to find the place, as Google Maps did not know the exact address. We ended up entering 10 Bishophill Senior, York and then walking 30 steps to the courtyard and finding number 10 in there.

Sharon's townhouse is located in the city and close enough to walk to all the main city attractions.
The house is clean, tidy and well appointed. All necessary amenities are thoughtfully provided.
I'll happily stay here at my next visit.

Our stay at Sharon’s house was wonderful. Could not believe how quiet it was and only a five minute walk to the city. We never used our car at all as everything was so close to us. We met Sharon’s cleaning lady and she could not have been more helpful. Lovely and very friendly lady who put a smile on our faces lol. Would highly recommend this house for a holiday to anyone.
