Would have liked more coffee cream. The floor heater made a clicking noise which was a tad frustrating.

The cabin was exceptionally clean and cozy. The communication with the host was excellent. The location in town was also wonderful. It was within walking distance to Gatineau's, the local pub, the Nordik spa and a few other little gift, boutique like shops.

We stayed during the week for two nights and so this might not be an issue on the weekends, but the cabin is located right next to the road and the road is quite busy. Traffic could be heard starting at 6.30 a.m. and at 5.30 a.m. the clients staying in the main home all started their trucks right out the front door, to go off to work. There is only one outlet to charge phones or tablets (that we could find) and that was in the bathroom. The little kitchen area, although equipped with dishes and a microwave, kettle and toaster oven, all as advertised, did not have a sink and so you had to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink or in the bucket provided.

Breakfast was not included, much to my surprise. Location was very nice.

We liked the accommodations very much but were surprised to find out (after we booked the room) that breakfast was not included. By then it was too late to get a refund. I decided to choose this place because of the reviews about the breakfast on this site and also that they advertise as a "Bed and Breakfast", I assumed that breakfast would be included. This, to me, was false advertising and I was disappointed. If breakfast had been included then the price would have been more reasonable in my opinion.

The location of the property

Unsuitable coffee, should provide pods not opened coffee grounds, not sanitary. There was also an unpleasant musty smell. Finally, it is written as a bed and breakfast but there was no breakfast offered.

it was perfect , the privacy was on point the room was so clean , it felt real nice cozy relaxing , a great getaway . the fences around the back was amazing , the bathroom was clean , the bed was amazing , I would love to go back , in winter to try the fire place ...

If i could get a spa package discounted .

Great location if you want to visit Nordik Spa , room was clean and nice. The place has a nice backyard and we enjoyed the fire pit in the evening.

Couldn’t find place to hook my phone charger as the extension cord was old and not working - got water kettle was there and sugar but no coffee or tea bags! - poor quantity of towels - they didn’t provide enough information about how to open the door from outside by not giving the code to open the door
