Nothing

I booked a room and when I went to check in the rooms were all booked. I lost a reservation deposit and possibly a charge on my card even though I didn’t stay.

Clean, there’s an indoor pool. Easy access from or to the main freeway.

The rooms was very clean, bed was comfortable.

The hotel itself was nice but it had a very unusual smell, smell more of a urine or stuffy smell once you walk inside the hotel, and all so in the room when you have the AC on. We sprayed air freshener in the room to control the smell.

The property inside was aesthetically clean. The staff was ok. Checking in was pretty quick. 

Although the property was aesthetically clean, I could tell that there were some underlying issues. Underneath the bleach smell from the cleaning products, there was sort of a mildew underlay.  you can tell that there is definitely an issue somewhere at the property. Upon arriving in our room it had a humid, musty smell. The room was clean for the most part but I did find a toenail on the carpet. The floors could have been cleaned a lot better. I definitely won’t be coming back, but it will be a decent place to say if they make those necessary corrections.

They want to charge me about the parking when I check in and this was clearly mention that the parking is free of charge, however while I am checking out, there were different staff and she didn’t asked me about the charge !! , hence I don’t know what was the basis of the first staff when she asked me about the parking charge!

Breakfast was very good.

I didn't like that I didn't see security but a $3 parking fee was imposed for the day with no knowledge or proof of vehicle.
