Everything!!! this hotel false advertised online. the outside looks nothing like it in person. The rooms were smelly, the towels were dingy and the staff was inattentive. They never answered the phone, I was supposed to have a walk in shower and they gave me tub rooms. I will never stay here again. Outside there were a lot of police, prostitutes and drunks.

Check in staff was accommodating and friendly

The Maintenace of the facility was below expectation, was in bad condition for a Best Western, first room toilet seat was broken, second room dead bolt wouldn't work, third room dead bold had to be wiggled to get it to work, Cob webs on celling, the cleanness was below standard for a Best Western .

The property was easy to access and attractively decorated for the Christmas season.

Breakfast was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. (Floors and walls) Shower made a high pitched screeching noise.

the food on my last day was horrible and messed with my stomach. i get it’s hotel food but come, spend a little more please

Very comfortable area and room. LOVE the pool area. I’ve stayed here a couple times and it’s my favorite in Dixon so far

breakfast isn’t the best but it is breakfast at least!

The bed was fantastic!! The room size was large.

The air conditioning sounded like a jet plane all night. When you open any of the doors in the room, they will not stay open. All the lights don’t work. There were some construction people hanging out at their trucks blasting music and drinking outside in the parking lot.

convenient location, easy to get to the store, food etc

No dislikes

The room was ideally located as we traveled with our dogs, The facility was clean, well kept. Good for walking dogs, and easy to grab breakfast etc without leaving them alone for long.

The coffee in room was too bitter. need to leave more towels, when people are staying multiple days. Both were easily solved.
