The staff

The bed was okay because I was sleepy but that was it.

The air in the hallways did not work and I booked two rooms and I want the rooms to be connected but they said all those rooms where gone and couldn’t help us and so we took the two separate rooms but the room floor was wet like it was a leak the air didn’t work that well and it needs update . The hallways floors were nasty . I have never stayed at a Hampton hotel that was that bad . If it wasn’t so late I would have gotten my money back and went somewhere else but my kids was sleepy from the drive and just want rest. I will never come back to that hotel again and if you did book cancel it now not a good place to stay.

Convenient location and place to stay for the night

We arrived late at night, tired from an event. We checked in a got our room keys, went all the way to the room just for the keys to not work (mistakes happen but it was frustrating because we had driven 4 hours that morning and then attended an event all day, we were ready for bed) The bathroom could have been a little cleaner and there was hair on the comforter. The staff wasn’t very welcoming and some were even rude. Our phone in our room didn’t work so I called from my cell phone asking what time breakfast ended and told her that I was calling from my cell phone because the phone wasn’t working. I wasn’t complaining about the phone not working just simply telling her so she knew why I was calling from my cell phone. She proceeded to get defensive and rude and told me that it ran once and didn’t let it ring enough for her to answer. She stated this multiple times even though I told her that I hung up because the phone didn’t even have a dial tone so I didn’t think it was working. It didn’t ring or anything. Overall it was a place to sleep and wasn’t terrible. The service could have been better and there could have been a little more cleanliness.

the girl at the front desk with braces was really nice and i loved her . she made me feel like i was at home and help with all my needs.

Location close to training.

Facilities was awful! In bad need of an upgrade. Cleanliness was lacking and furniture in room was dirty with nasty stains. Fridge needed defrosting and room felt damp all time and water was lukewarm to cold in shower.

Breakfast was great

Everything was good

Easy to get to and had availability on short notice.

The bathroom walls had not been properly cleaned. It had hair dried on to the tiles. Made me wonder what else was not cleaned properly.
