The room was clean & very spacious.
The room was very hot the whole stay. The lady at the front didn't change our room, stated it would be the same thing in another room. The hotel elevator was out of service, & the hotel kept losing power. My whole family didn't enjoy the stay. We will never return to that hotel again.

Broken AC, broken elevator, broken ice machine, broken furniture. I had to check out after only a few hours to the safety of my family.

Terrible customer service, false advertising of airport shuttle service.
We were not told at any point in our booking that the shuttle finished at 6pm, I rung at 5.40pm to order it, the receptionist told me we needed to go to (the furthest) terminal A, we arrived there from terminal E at 6.10 at which point the shuttle was not there, apparently they were there but didn't wait for us.
The receptionist then told me when I called again that the shuttle would not come back for us and we had to make our own way to the hotel.
So we were stranded in a foreign country, with a baby and a 4 year old, it took us 2 hours and $100 to download and order an uber and arrive at the hotel. Absolutely terrible customer service by the receptionist and the manager in later communication. No fault was accepted and refusal to refund what we paid for the uber.
I am so disappointed, we only booked there because of the airport shuttle service.

The AC was very loud even if it was turned off. It was very unpleasent for sleeping. Besides that everything was perfect.

Lanetta at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful with our last minute booking. The room overall was exactly what we were looking for to stay close to the airport before we flew out in the morning. Didn’t get to try the breakfast.
There were stains on the couch in the room… whiteish ones… 🤮
Bathroom could’ve been cleaner.
Heat wasn’t on when we got into the room so it was really cold although it did heat up in about 20 minutes so it wasn’t that bad.

Lonetta runs a tight ship and is amazing. Airport pick up was super fast.
The AC is huge and next to the bed. I wasn't used to that noise.

Airport shuttle was used twice. Both times ran on time n smooth. Only abt 10-15 minutes from Houston airport.

The staff is very nice. They are really friendly willing to help you and answer any questions that you might have.
Hotel is right next to a very busy highway. You cannot hear yourself speak in the parking lot. We asked for a room on the other side of the hotel and we still heard the noise coming from the highway. On top of that the AC fan ran nonstop. Could not get any rest. The bed head board and the doors laminate was pealing off. Dust in many places, it seemed they cleaned only the places that people used more often like bed, tables etc. The bathroom shower door handle was almost completely coming off. The sink got clogged a couple of times just by running water while we washed our hands. Same breakfast every day so after a few days you’ll grow sick of it. No way to walk to anything close by you have to have a car. Gettin I’m and out of the hotel parking lot right into the busy highway exit is pretty dangerous. And trash in the parking lot, but that seemed to be common in the entire neighborhood and city.

It was nice and modern decor, comfy king-sized bed, clean modern bathroom, air conditioning worked very well for the Texas heat. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Very low water pressure, towels and wash cloths were dingy, tv was nice new flat screen with basic cable. Airport shuttle not available on Sundays

The property is well maintained, very clean, and in a great location. The woman at the front desk, I believe her name was Leiya, was perfect. She was the definition of great customer service. My check in was smooth, quick, and friendly.
This stay really changed my view of Comfort Suites. I’ve had bad, sketchy experiences at hotels that are on the lower end of the price range and I typically like to book rooms at more expensive locations because I’ve found a higher price point usually comes with better service and cleanliness standards. However, I will now be staying at this location any time I find myself needing a room in Humble because I was thoroughly impressed.
The bed wasn’t exactly comfortable but for the price, it really wasn’t bad. Other than that, the property was great.

Location was good and facilities were newer and appearance was good
Property seemed to have security issue, with truck break ins. Had fellow guest warn me of break ins and that they were having to keep watch in parking lot. No hot water in the morning. Was told by front desk they had known since 2pm of the day before but did not warn guests that it had not been fixed.
Had issue where clothes were tossed out by housekeeping. I had asked if they could help locate and was told they denied stealing them, which was not what I had inquired about. I voiced my displeasure to desk but no follow up call by manager for the issue with clothes or issue with no hot water. Leaves no confidence they want their guests to be comfortable or safe, just want their money.

I liked that the property was clean, modern, well lit and my room on the first floor was in a quiet location. It was right off the highway and had plenty of restaurants and shopping near by like Walmart and McDonalds and only 5-7min to the IAH Airport and Airport car rental. And 45min from Downtown Houston and 1 hour and 10min to Galveston Beach

The location of the pool it’s in front of the building in the parking lot near the highway. So, a little awkward to have everyone staring at us while in the pool. Food was subpar but was great especially for family

The staff were very accommodating, and when the shuttle driver was busy, the general manager personally drove me to the airport! She, like all of the other staff, were incredibly friendly, and I greatly appreciated meeting them.
Rooms were just right for one person, and the pool (although outside) was clean and enjoyable. The beds were quite comfortable!
The bathroom floor was left just a little dirty of arrival, but there was nothing too unbearable.
The location is a little difficult to leave from without personal transportation, but it works perfectly for airport to-and-from rides.
