Easy to acess

Some of our lights were burnt out and our door. I had a really hard time closing. Not sure how safe I felt in it.

For the price, this place was acceptable and conveniently located near various dining and shopping options.

Although this place is decent, it's old and requires an update. I noticed an odd smell in my room, similar to feet. The TV wasn't properly positioned due to an uneven stand, and the battery-less remote control added to the inconvenience. Despite being told otherwise by staff at reception, no replacement batteries were found, making it necessary for me to return there myself to gain access to my room since my keycard wouldn't function correctly.

Served its purpose. Very spacious room. Comfortable, breakfast was good. Coin laundry was convenient

Room was very musty. Door had a weird floor gap. Parking wasn't the best.

Check out clerk was very professional, friendly and fast. The employee that oversees the breakfast area is always so friendly and helpful. We have stayed here several times.

Our check in was terrible. Had to wait about 20 minutes because the desk clerk seemed "overwhelmed". There was one person in front of us checking in, phones were ringing steadily. He gave us the wrong room #. Thankfully the guest in the room we kept trying to enter didn't answer the door with a weapon. Went back downstairs to start the process over again so total time to get to our room was about 40 minutes. Not ok :(

1st room we got had puke in the bathtub, 2nd room was not cleaned at all.

Location was great. Lady cleaning and stocking breakfast area was super nice.

The kid at the checkin counter was horrid. He rolled his eyes and it was a super huge inconvenience to him when we asked for pool towels since there were none in the pool. The couch in our room had huge stains all over it.
