the smell and elevators not working

Location was good, nothing great, but it was near to Galleria, and that was somehow a good deal for me, because I went shopping to Galleria and it was really close for me to go walking; only bad thing was that they didn't served any breakfast as promised and also the AC didn't work very well.

They didn't served the breakfast they're supposed to offer to the guests. Also the AC didn't worked very well because it didn't cool the room at any time.

I liked the guy at the front desk,he warned me about the ppl that were stealing catalytic converters and he was very nice and welcoming.

When I arrived, they said the hotel was full and there were no more available rooms. Even though I made the reservation and they confirmed, they claimed they were full and did not apologize. I was tired from a 30-hour trip and asked if there was any room available, and in less than 30 seconds found a more expensive room and offered it to me. It had the the amenities as the cheaper one I had booked. Made me feel they tricked me into paying more for the same room. I accepted because I just wanted to rest. I do not recommend staying there.

The location was the best part of this stay.

The location is great.

There were people’s just hanging around, the room was raggedy there was a hole in the bathroom door the tub looked dirty and the shower head squirted water from around it making the shower pressure low. and there was no remote to the TV had to ask for one and then they didn’t bring it waited 4hrs and had to go to the front desk and get it. We couldn’t get into our room because the battery to the door key was low but we had to repeatedly ask for new door keys that didn’t work until on the 5th try the front desk staff finally came and looked at the door. Woke up the next morning and if the hotel couldn’t get any worse the water did not work, and they only offered 15% of our stay back. Went and spoke with the front desk again and we’re supposed to get a full refund. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Enjoyed how close it was to the mail.

Rusted kitchen appliances. Bad odor in the room. And dead roaches on the kitchen floor. As well as hair in the bathroom sink.
