Old order in the room and price was too high.

It is conveniently located near the ToyotaCenter. Staff were helpful and understanding

The room rate was pretty steep for how the accommodations. The bathroom needs a serious remodel and the tub needed fixing. I had showered and the drain was clogged and other peoples hair was coming out.

It was right in the middle of town and accessible to different venues. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was too cold for me and we couldn’t adjust the temperature.

When the reserved the room I was under the impression that I was getting 2 full sized beds with the suite. instead I had a king and the sofa bed was not comfortable. The staff was nice and tried to accommodate but couldn’t.

Location was great! Downtown next to the convention center and Toyota Center. It was walking distance to a lot of attractions. Staff was super friendly.

Room smelled musty. AC unit runs very loud.

The breakfast bar was great!

I think they should provide complimentary water for every night a guest stays with them. They only give water the first night, and that was quite a disappointment.

The staff was nice and the parking was secure.

It has been 22 days, and I still have not received my deposit back from my stay.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were really nice. They were very helpful when I needed to store my luggage during the day.

The location is definitely fine (a couple blocks from the convention center and many restaurants) but the immediate surroundings are a little desolate (parking lots and open lots, freeway nearby). BUT, I felt totally safe. Although, I can see how someone could be anxious.

Was a great location for us to explore the city.

Breakfast was good and had a good variety. Pancake maker made really good pancakes in less than 2 minutes. Staff was friendly. Room was a decent size. AC worked well. I was able to walk to the convention center, which was my reason for being in town.

Old carrot still on the floor by the fridge. Long hair on one of the hand towels. Key card seldom worked on the first try and usually took multiple attempts. Frequently the elevator button light would not light up so you had no idea if elevator was actually working. After discovering the soda vending machines on floors 4, 3, and 2 all sold out and asking the front desk if there was a way to get a soda in the hotel, I was told there is a convenience store 2 blocks away. Where they situated the office chair and desk has no outlets nearby to plug in my laptop. Their address is wrong on their own literature (Bell Ave vs St). The room phone didn't work properly. To talk on it, you had to use speakerphone or they couldn't hear you and despite the automated wake-up call system confirming my wake-up time, I never received a wake-up call.
