I asked for a military discount and was told I had to go back to bookimg.com and do something. This is bogus, this should have been handled by agent at desk. Next time I will think twice about staying here.

The public areas were very cold. Had to wear a jacket. It was in the 90's. Had to go outside to warm up. One bed had sheets that were not clean. Crusty patch and black hair.

Great location, very comfy bed, pretty good breakfast. The best part of the stay was the staff on duty - excellent customer service!

Room was a bit grungy - needs a refresh.

Breakfast options were excellent. Highlight of our stay.

Room freshener was overpowering. Strong chemical smell and unpleasant. No soap in room, had to request from front desk. No elevator made it difficult for me and my wife. We're in our mid-80's.

We have stayed here before and each stay was good.

There were other guests smoking in their rooms and it came theough the ventilation into our room on two nights.
