The customer service when i originally tried to check in was poor. The Gentlemen was rude and my room was not ready until 340. It caused me to have to go elsewhere to change my clothes for an event that I traveled 3 hours for. He was not apologetic and completely rude and unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with corporate office.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is friendly. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast is good. I highly recommend this hotel.
