The location to the airport but most of all the shuttle driver, Ray(?). He was so friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure that the other riders and I ordered our dinners from the restaurant before the kitchen closed for the night.

Easy check in and the staff was polite

Our truck got rear ended being parked we found it like that in the morning with no note. The blankets can stand to be thicker we had to ask for two of them..

good breakfast; not sensational but good. Clean facility. It was literally on the descent flight path to the airport and jets probably were going over at least than 1000 feet; it was crazy loud outside but amazingly didn't hear a thing inside. one thing: we literally got the last parking spot in the facility. Five minutes later and I don't know what we would have done.

Nao consegui checking antecipado e o hotel nao pareceu estar lotado. Nao tinha conexão WIFI (problema serio), faltou colher e garfo no apto e nao tinha controle de televisao.

The location was excellent due to my next day flight. The bed room was very nice, quiet and clean.

Their airport shuttle leaves a lot to be desired. First of all make sure you have the direct number for the hotel. Reservations will NOT give it to you. Best I could get out of them was "google yellow pages dot com" and a hang up. I arrived at 12:30 AM. Called for the shuttle, and waited, called again and waited, called again and waited. It took an hour for a shuttle to drive the 2 miles to the airport. Not appreciated at that time of night. No apology. Desk clerk really wasn't bothered.

Ein Queen Size Bett für 2 ist einfach eine Katastrophe. Wir konnten beide nicht schlafen.

Clean and very friendly, helpful and professional staff.

Only one restaurant in a nearby hotel.

Nothing fancy, just a nice place to stay when you have a 16 hour layover at the airport. Very good shuttle service, both shuttle drivers were very helpful. No on site restaraunt, but they made sure that we knew that we would get a discount at the restaurant inside their sister hotel 50 yards away.

The water from the front desk was a miss gesture.

The heating system was working. The wall control wasn’t connected properly. The workman didn’t seem to know what he was doing after a second trip to change the batteries, I asked for him to leave. It was late I had four hours of sleeping my future.

Shuttle to airport leaves every half hour,but reservations are necessary and popular morning times were "already reserved". They need a larger shuttle-bus,or more of them.

The location was great and the rooms were very spacious.

I booked two rooms and requested to be on the same floor. They put us on two different floors, and due to the security restrictions, we had no access to each other unless we met in the lobby.
