Great apartment, lots of space. The managers are so nice and friendly, they keep the property clean every day. blowing dust and dirt off the hallways and steps. offering deep clean of rooms. fresh towels always available. Manager accommodated my changing schedule and I appreciate that. I would visit Mae-Dee again in the future. Thank you John and Marvin.

The suite was very clean. The place was very nice and a family friendly.

Good size kitchen, pots, pans, plates, full size stove and fridge, packs of coffee, great air conditioning, clean pool, privacy shades, curtains and blinds, and in room safe.
The coffee table was a little too low. There was no oven mitt to use, for my baking needs, but they did have a kitchen towel I used, instead.

Modern furnishings. Comfortable bed. Parking is adequate.
Noise from highway is somewhat loud at times during night but maybe is just too highly populated area to regulate.

Friendly staff. Plenty of space. The full kitchen was a blessing. Our stay was affordable.
There were ants in one of the bedrooms. The water was not very hot and didn’t stay warm for long.

The air conditioner was held together with duct tape. The electrical outlets sparked when trying to plug something in. The bed was very old and lumpy. The sink was old and chipped.

Clean, spacious, separate rooms, easy access to street parking, kitchenette was appreciated.
Bed was really hard. Coffee provided was poor quality. "Conditioning Shampoo" is really not an adequate substitute for conditioner for anyone with hair longer than about 3 inches.

Host was really helpful, pool was very warm and clean. We had appartment with full kitchen so was really good. 2 TV, air conditioning. All good plus a good location.

Close to where we needed to be. 2 bedrooms and full kitchen.
Plumbing needs work and a few repairs needed in the unit.

Unfortunately, it was very cold during our visit to Miami and the heater in our room didn't work, we were very cold the 1st night. Called management about the issue, and even though it was Christmas Day, they came out to the hotel and changed rooms for us. Rooms were very nice and looked just like the online pictures.
