O quarto é bom, tem refrigerador, um armário para apoiar e guardar suas malas, uma mesinha pequena para refeições, ar condicionado, tv, o banheiro tem bom espaço, não tem banheira, é estilo banheiro brasileiro com box de vidro. Não tem estacionamento, mas há um estacionamento público muito próximo por 10 dolares a diaria, vc pode pagar por horas tbm, após as 22hs é gratis. Tem mtos restaurantes próximos, recomendo o carrot express p refeições rápidas, frescas, fartas e econômicas, mas ha opções p todos os bolsos na região. Não há portaria 24hs, então, combine antes com o hotel a sua chegada, pois o acesso é por senha e fechadura eletrônica.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful friendly.
The deluxe suite was a good-sized room. It was close to the beach and not in the hustle and bustle of things. I like the coded entry. The pricing was affordable and reasonable
The soap in room. It wasn't labeled as far as shampoo and Conditioner and bodywash. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor but nothing major a towel didn't fix.

The location is nice - close to the beach, some bars and a large supermarket. The room has a microvawe and a fridge.
The hotel was provided as an alternative by Booking, so wasn't my choice. The amenities are worn down. The water in the shower was cold during the whole stay. There hotel has no parking (but there is a large 1$/1hr parking lot nearby). There was a coffee maker but not at least 1 packet of coffee. The room is small and had about 10 defferent "penalty signs" - do not smoke (500$ fee), do not open windows (damage fee), do not take towels to the beach (towel fee), late check out penalty, etc

No hay atencion al cliente. La.primera Habitación sucila. La segunda la tuvieron que acondicionar. Resaltó.la pésima atención al cliente.

Personnel inexistant. Nous n’avons même pas réalisé le check-in et le check-out. Nous avons seulement reçu le code de chambre par message. Le premier jour, le responsable de l’hôtel m’a demandé de me présenter à l’accueil à 11h et il n’est jamais venu. Nous avions décalé une excursion pour cela. Il m’a ensuite demandé de repasser dans l’après midi, mais il n’était pas là non plus à notre retour. Les trois jours qui s’en sont suivi, il lisait mes messages whatsapp mais ne me répondait pas.
Quand à la qualité de la chambre, c’était moyen. Carrelage cassé, pas de coffre fort, eau chaude qui ne fonctionne pas tout le temps, isolation phonique inexistante (on entend absolument TOUT ce qu’il se passe dans les chambres d’à côté)…

Der Standart zum Unterhaltungszustand ist in den USA oft ein anderer als in Europa. Wenn man das berücksichtigt, gibt es nichts zum meckern

The location close to the bandshell and the beach.
Cleanliness was disappointing. Floor carpet dirty and a little stinky. Some moldy parts near the air conditioning / window. In room table was rusty. Tap in the restroom was loose / broken.

Aucune insonorisation des chambres, les équipements vétustes, ventilation de la salle de bain rouillée avec de la saleté qui en tombe sur les toilettes, clim bruyante. Difficulté de contacter la réception avant et pendant le séjour. Propreté à revoir. L'équipe de ménage ne s'occupe pas de la vaisselle pendant le séjour mais aucun équipements (éponges..) pour le faire par nous-même.

I like that it is close to the beach.
I don't like that the area did not smell good and it smelled like pee and trash. The rooms smelled like pee even the air fresher and air conditioning cannot do anything. The room was dark and cannot open the blinds because you can be seen outside. No laundry in the building.

Found a t shirt hanged on the door in the bathroom that wasn’t mine, toilet flush was broken, told the cleaning ladies but no one fixed it.

Die Lage ist bombastisch.
Personal unhöflich, nur zwei können englisch, diese sind bei Notfällen aber weder anzutreffen, noch telefonisch zu erreichen. Wenn man anruft, kriegt man eine sehr böse Voicemail zurück.
Zimmer unfassbar dreckig, von Kalkreiniger und Seife noch nie gehört gehabt. Handtüchern haben sehr viele, riesige Flecken! Das geht garnicht… nicht hingehen!

Nothing. Nothing was redeemable
Ac didn’t work for the whole room, only the part it was at. place was sketchy, lady was rude, bugs everywhere, no hand soap, shower had WOOD blinds that had black mold on it, floors were dirty as hell in the lobby and stairs of hotel and especially my room. Definitely hasn’t been deep cleaned in a long time. Door hinges were rusty, I can go on and on and on

2 blocks to the beach, late check in, plates and silverware, microwave and mini fridge, tall shower, nice patio, restaurants nearby, much less expensive than chain hotels (no surprise fees), staff was friendly, beach equipment available to borrow
Long bus ride to reach South Beach and downtown Miami, furniture paint was chipped, had to request a Do Not Disturb sign from the front desk, staff not responsive through booking app (more responsive when I called), no pool/gym

This is an unsafe and unfriendly place. it was dirty, cobwebs on the ceiling, worn out furniture, the staff does not pay attention to the sign asking to clean the room, when you ask the administrator, she says that the cleaners have already left. worn out furniture, noisy air conditioner, broken table, I heard the neighbors (very poor noise isolation)

This was the second time I stayed at the hotel. I love the location, it is walking distance to several restaurants including Manolo's and the beach. The rooms are clean and the price is great. It is North Miami beach so it is a bit farther from touristy points like Lincoln Rd, but I still enjoy staying there, staff is always super friendly.

Nice location close to north beach, friendly stuff in the front desk (Ovi was really helpful with our check-in/check-out).
Hotel does not have an accommodating policy for holding bags for a few hours at check out. Also, installing fly/bug screens at the windows would be a useful addition.

Location was great. Two blocks from the beach and very close to nice restaurants and cafes.
The hotel has a strong musty smell (I think because of the carpet) and definitely is not good for people with asthma, as it was my friend's case. Also, they don't clean the room every day. In 8 days, they cleaned only once. All other days they only made the bed and clean the bins. Communication wasn't very effective either, as they didn't reply to my messages in an assertive way.

Don't book it if you are going for a business trip! For two months they have not been able to send me the invoice acting against the regulations of booking.com and claiming that I should have received an invoice from them which is not true. So choose another one when going for a business trip otherwise you won't get an invoice!
