Convenience to train station, outdoor pool, value proposition
Rooms are not prone to loud sounds and voices from hallways. Fitness center is small and hot.

飯店新穎，房間乾淨舒適。房間空間算是大，除了有行李箱的位置外，行走空間也很充足。
特別要講床鋪屬於偏硬Q，睡起來很舒服，起床不會全身酸痛。
廁所雖然沒有浴缸，但乾濕分離的淋浴間使用起來也很舒適。洗手台空間大，可以完整擺放化妝包且不會被水濺濕。
地點不在市中心，且周遭似乎都是公司行號居多。很多卡車貨車出入，過馬路要特別小心。
另外，因飯店門口旁邊常有貨車暫停，導致要招TAXI的視線會被擋住，必須走到馬路上攔車，飯店人員不會主動協助，因此覺得很危險。

The hotel was clean and spacious
Both of the receptionist (the supervisor and the manager) were being very rude to us at the check-in. They were questioning us with the booking name saying "none of the names are correct, how can we check you in" despite having the same name as our previous stay for many times. Other than that, the housekeeping people were very friendly

It’s within a walkable distance from the MTR station, and there are many restaurants nearby.
The facility is old and not well-maintained,there was quite a lot of dirt and dust in my room. Beverage was not replenished everyday.
People talked loudly in Mandarin in the midnight every day in the corridor.

It is near to MTR and there is a convenience store near by. Staff are wonderful!

There was no breakfast included but they had a restaurant on the 2nd floor and all the in house guest got a 15% discount on the breakfast buffet. Room was cleaned everyday and the staff were very helpful.

The room is dark, i couldn’t do my make up cause it was really dark. The bad was not comfortable and really hard. The breakfast non so good

Modern and looks spacious
HSKP - The room wasn't well-cleaned and an old lunch box lid was found inside the cabinet. One of the ceiling light didnt work and the amenities didnt refill properly.
I presumed majority room attendants were part time or casual labour so they didnt care about what service they provided. One day I approached a RA and asked for something, they never replied to me a word and just hand-in what I was looking for. Strange!!!

One of the staffs. Very rude and arrogant. Never expected such kind of staff in an international city like HKG

Room is clean and fair to thr price. TV is a little bit small; TV was not working and FM came to check and fix immediately politely.
Hot water supply is good and stable.
Don't know why putting some plastic chair outside each room that they are not looking good and maybe not good for fire escape.

The room was spacious and it was clean when I checked in.
F. O agent was efficiency and it only took within 5 minutes to proceed the check in process.
The room wasn't well-dusted and clean properly
Some amenities even didn't refill. Used towels and rubbish were left in the bathroom.
