Everything was very good !

Breakfast nicely presented and there was plenty of fruit,cereal and fruit juice.

Maybe breakfast served until 10am on a Sunday morning.

The breakfast was great well presented and very tasty just what you need to start the day ,full English with toast also cereals available and yoghurt host was happy to get extra toast if required tea and fresh juices for drinks too

Very clean. Nice welcome. Breakfast very nice and chef was lovely. Parking easy on road. Close to sea front and shops/eateries. We'll done to the chef for running things on behalf of owners, you're a credit to them.

Phone ringing every night between 10.30 and midnight. Although it only rang once it was each night and did disturb sleep. Room was exceptionally hot due to heatwave but we had to ask for a fan on second night, this should have been available as standard.

Karen was an excellent host. She was there to welcome us. She was polite and very attentive. She was very helpful when we needed a taxi and recommended a local company who were reasonable. The rooms were very clean with plenty of facilities. Tea, coffee, water and fresh milk. Plenty of towels and toiletries provide. Breakfast was lovely. Choice if cereals, yoghurts, fruit juice and cooked food. All well cooked and piping hot.

For us it wasn't a problem but if you have limited mobility, the guest house is away from the main central area. It was only a 40 minute walk along the front promenade.

The breakfast wasn't the best we had it as late as possible but everything seemed as it has been there since they started breakfast hard and over cooked

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and the cooked "full english" was brillant. Great coffee too.

The property is fantastically clean, with easy parking on the road ,fresh milk daily with extra tea and coffee on the landing even had spare shower jel,shampoo and conditioner

The tv signal in the room was terrible over the weekend and unable to find wi fi password as wi fi was locked so was unable to work as iam a manager.
