Location perfect. Good to have lounge area for our very long chats!

4 croissants for 3 people was tricky! Bed settee was a bit uncomfortable and difficult to manoeuvre

The apartment was so lovely, and the owner was great in communicating quickly. It was also very handy to have the car park facilities.

Everything needed for a perfect getaway! Host was lovely, inviting and excellent communication before and during stay. Everything was in the apartment including games and toiletries. Very clean, modern and the Location was perfect. 2 mins to the nearest pub and 7 mins to Shambles.

We felt parking was a little steep and an extra expense if staying for any longer, but we also appreciate and understand car was secure and gated with cctv.

Clean, comfortable beds, good location.

The location, the facilities in the apartment, the little extras provided. We felt secure in the building. The two bedrooms are a generous size. Nice garden separate from the apartment. It was nice and warm despite no heating being on. Close to the river, city centre, shops, restaurants, bars.

Don't like to moan but the second bedroom has a fan in the ceiling which we couldn't see how to turn off... maybe it's because there aren't any windows in the room that it's required?? I was so glad I had ear plugs otherwise I couldn't have slept for the hum. There was a fair bit of people noise from the street during the early hours of the morning but we realise we were in a city centre and people go home late from clubs. Sooooo.... apart from night time disturbance everything else was fine.

We were so grateful for the good communication from Amanda and Helen. Getting into the property was a breeze and it was great to have the juice, tea and coffee etc. Wonderful to have a washing machine when on a long trip. Could not ask for a better location, so close to shops and walking distance to all attractions. Very comfy living spaces.

The only issue for us was room for big suitcases so those in the smaller of the two rooms had to have theirs in the hall. Would not be a problem for those travelling just for a weekend, and this is not a complaint - just a heads up!

Location was fab, near to museums, shops and restaurants etc. Apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped and host and manager were extremely helpful and communication was great.

Amazing location, just a short walk over the bridge to all the shops. Amanda and Helen were so lovely and welcoming! The apartment was clean and spacious with everything we needed for our stay. They even provided some milk, juice, jam, butter and croissants for some breakfast. the shower was lovely and hot and the kitchen was very well equipped. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Excellent location, met at property for smooth entry / handover. Parking at location very secure, gated entry. Very short walk to main centre of York. Fantastic accommodation, would highly recommend.

Breakfast good. Location amazing. Property spotless, attractively furnished and very comfortable. Contact with host easy and clear. Would definitely recommend. If visiting York again would rebook apartment.

Perfect location, the hosts were super friendly and checked in with us to make sure all was going well. Even went through a few of the nice restaurants and take always in the area to visit. The apartment looked better in person, super comfy and clean and the beds were all very comfortable. It was quiet throughout the building and even at nighttime.

Only thing would be the facilities in the kitchen. It was pretty well stocked but we couldn’t find any baking trays or anything to use in the oven when cooking food.

Property was in a great location , very modern , clean , user friendly and lovely to come back to after a day in York exploring .

Close to town. Nice apartment. Tea, coffee and sugar and milk left for us, nice touch.

Apartment was close to town centre. It was easy to find and amanda checked us in. Apartment was nicely furnished with everything you needed. Parking was secure but cost £30 for two nights. The only negatives i would say are that part of the day you are on a very busy loud road, buses and lorrys. We had the furthest bedroom from the road but we did not have a window and it got unbearably hot at night.
