La piscina és l'única cosa bona d'aquest hotel.
L'hotel té ascensor, però està ple de barreres arquitectòniques ja que per accedir a la zona de la piscina i del jardí has de pujar obligatòriament unes escales. Per arribar a la nostra habitació de la segona planta, des de l'ascensor s'han de pujar quatre escales més. Les habitacions que donen al jardí (chill-out) tenen contaminació acústica fins a la 1:30h de la nit, per tant, això no permet descansar correctament per culpa de la música tan forta. Feia quatre nits que no dormíem i vam decidir marxar un dia abans, atès que la situació era insuportable. No recomanem aquest hotel per anar amb família. A l'hora d'esmorzar no hi havia pa i ho substituïen per pa de motlle. L'esmorzar és molt car pels productes que ofereixen.

Habitació molt confortable. Piscina i espai exterior de l'hotel realment agradable.
Espectacles a la nit que donen molta vida a l'hotel.
Personal de neteja escàs.
Algun dia no van poder netejar per manca de personal, ja que ens van comentar que havien de fer les habitacions buides abans i no donava temps a tot.
El dia que vàrem marxar, passats 6 minuts de l'hora del check-out van venir a picar la porta per que deixéssim l'habitació, em va semblar exagerat i la situació ens va fer sentir una mica incòmodes. Per la resta tot bé.

IT APPEARS AS IF THE PRESENT OWNERS HAVE RECENTLY BOUGHT IT AND ARE TRYING TO BRING IT UP TO DATE.
THEY ARE NOT DOING BAD BUT SADLY ON THE NIGHT WE STAYED THERE WAS NO RESTAURANT, NO BREAKFAST NO SNACKS DUE TO RAIN IN THE BUILDING. THERE WAS NO REDUCTION EITHER. IF THEY KEEP UPDATING IT WE THINK IT WILL BE FINE, THE OUTSIDE AREA LOOKED NICE, POOL, PLACES TO SIT ETC BUT THE ROOM COULD DO WITH THE BALCONY DOOR LOCKING PROPERLY, THE CURTAIN BEING THE CORRECT LENGTH AND MAYBE FOR 77 EUROS A NICER DESK AND CHAIR. KEEP GOING GUYS, YOU WILL GET THERE. LOTS OF LITTLE THINGS DONT ADD UP TO THE PRICE YOU ASK. (THE PIZZA/ITALIAN RESTAURANT NEXT DOOR WAS VERY GOOD AND WELL PRICED)

Buena relación calidad-precio, siendo agosto y comparándolos con los hoteles de la zona, nos esperábamos un hotel de peor calidad. El personal de recepción.
Pedimos dos almohadas y nos cobraron 5€ cada una. Creo que habiendo solo dos en la habitación, tendrían que ser gratis.

Location
Housekeeping was extremely noisy. It looks like construction in the building when they clean rooms. Too noisy especially if you want to sleep longer in the morning. Needed to play music that don’t hear that terrible noise.

Pleasant and helpful staff.
All the greenery around the accomodation- trees and plants added a lovely relaxing atmosphere.
The toilet seat had to be put down to be able to shut the bathroom door .

Second time staying in this hotel, would do it again! 15 min walk from beach and really close to trains station. Nice and friendly staff, beutiful view from patio. Renovated and clean rooms. Good breakfast.
The variaty of breakfast is more limited than 2 years ago but still very nice! This time we would have had to pay extra fee for beach room view (not 2 years ago) but it is normal in most cases. We still had a nice room.

Spotless clean, comfortable bed, tv, wifi, air conditioning and excellent breakfast. Staff friendly and very willing. It’s not a luxe hotel but it’s definitely a great place at a more than decent price

WiFi did not work properly. We could connect onlt at the reception, but signal is too weak on the second floor.

Very good value for money compared with the prices of the area. The room was bigger than I expected. The furniture is kind of old but the room was very clean and the bed better than I'd read in the forum. The terrace and the outdoor bar was very nice as well as the swimming pool.
The breakfast hours should be more extended (if you are a morning person it should be better to have the option to go a little before 9 am).

The hotel is located just 5 mins walk from the old town of Altafulla, and 10 mins from the lovely beach. It has a pool, but it wasn’t open at the beginning of April. I had requested a room on a high floor with a sea view which I was given. The room was basic, but clean. The breakfast is buffet style, and there was a good selection of cereal, pastries, cheese, ham, tortilla, etc. You can sit outside on the terrace to eat, which is a big bonus in COVID times.
The bed - it creaked loudly every time I moved during the night.

The pool and the free parking on site was a big plus for us- The breakfast is decent for the two stars. Overall we really liked the stay and would definitely return.
