The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well

This was the most pathetic hotel by Oyo i have experienced till date..Despite having a reservation of Triple Deluxe Room (with all facilities) i was asked to pay extra as i didnt opt for so called "AC ROOM". which is completely false,When i showed my reservation that says AC as one of the room facilities I was asked for "extra payment". Despite all this, the AC in the room was turned off at midnight by hotel staff and the entire night i couldn't sleep.This is the most pathetic experience from Oyo pls do not fall prey to Hotel Atithi Inn.

Resectionist behavior is very bad he ll treat customers very badly. The Resectionist allows only those booked directly. If you use apps for booking they will not respond properly and sometimes he will not provide worst Resectionist remaining all super

lot of cockroaches in the room, bathroom, on the bed. they changed 4 rooms, but none of them were good. cockroaches in each of them, and strong smell of pest control.

There is nothing that i likeed about the hotel.

No cleaning at all. Whole facilities was full with lot and lota of cockroaches. Toilet was so bad nd not cleaned at all. And top of all room lock was broken, toilet door if locked from inside you cannot open it from inside. I have to call reception to open it. Pretty frustrating experience.
