Location is only a 5 minute walk from the Rialto bridge. It is also located away from all the crowds. Your bedroom door opens to the beautiful canal. I’ve been to Venice many times this was a beautiful apartment.

having g paid to rent the property it was disappointing to be met by a prominent sign Dayi g that any alteration to the boiler temperature would result in a 500 euro fine. surely having rented the property we should have been able to adjust the thermostat to cater for changes in temperature. as I am sure you are aware the temperature in Venice can drop considerable at night. as the apartment is quite large and on the water it would have been nice to have been a bit more cosy.

The use of an access code was very convenient

I had trouble with my original booking so ended up with an apartment that was too small for us.

Relatively good space and location

Kitchen limited and not well equipped. We were under the impression that the apartment had a washing machine and dryer as advertised, however it ended up being in a separate laundry room downstairs. The apartment building in need of a bit of maintenance and the lights on the stairs did not work. Noisy neighbours upstairs unfortunately with kids running around till late at night.

it’s completely freezing and there’s no chance to turn on the heating. the thermometer is at the back of the apartment, so it always reads 20 degrees but it’s not true, the beds are close to the windows and this area is much more colder. we get a flu. the sofa bed is very uncomfortable

Location, comfortable, value for money, old Venician building with view on canal make a good experience.

Very bad soundproofing, too much noice from the above floor 2/3 nights. Bad communication with the staff, we asked about 2 cribs and they didn’t understand it, they put only one. Second day they brought the other one. They said that we had paid for one, we asked two and paid whatever the price was in the link of payment.

comfortable place for a group stay, clean, excellent location... very central.

There is no elevator. For a group of active young people it would be fine, but when it is a group of adults it is a bit uncomfortable to go up 3 floors with suitcases because there is no elevator. The wifi works well in the main part of the apartment.. in the room it is bad.

Love the location of the apartment.. very authentic which was exactly what were looking for. Very spacious, very well cleaned.

Everything was perfect until the day we had to check out. Check-out is at 11. My entire family was literally at the door bringing luggage out, when a gentleman knocked on the door and let himself in the apartment and started walking around making sure everything was in place. Not sure if this is okay in Italy's culture but I found it very rude.. he could.have waited 5 more minutes for us to be out of the apartment to do his inspections. I just think he lacked some manners and could have excused himself before walking around the way he did.

Loved the area. The apartment was really big and spacious.

We came in the middle of November, so the weather was pretty cool. The windows doesn’t close properly and it’s tricky during winter: We basically had no heating in the apartment (the AC doesnt work) so the nights were really cold. We got soaked in wet during rain, we couldn’t even dry out clothes.

The location was excellent and it was good value.

The bedrooms and facilities were not as advertised. There was no kettle despite the description including this, no tea and coffee facilities, no locks on the bathrooms and one bedroom was a corridor to the other bedroom so there was no privacy.

everything was beyond amazing, I felt like I was staying in a palace from the Renaissance era, the attention to detail was beautiful. The ceilings all had beautiful paintings and sculptures, the rooms were giant and very comfortable, the drapes on windows were long and beautiful. and the view from the 2 balconies were spectacular

it said it would fit 10 people, I even messaged to confirm however, when we arrived there were only enough beds to fit 8 people comfortably. the couch does not fit 2. it is also not comfortable to sleep on. the kitchen had no kettle in it.

I ordered a room that had a table and two chairs facing the river and what I got was a two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms only reason why I booked the apartment because I had a table and chair in the Riverview shame on these people

False advertisement on their presentation on the Internet for sure is beautiful to table Waterview when you get there you don’t get it

45 steps up to the apartment. when booking , it’s difficult to tell which apartment you are renting since the pics show several different places.

Great value for money, lovely abd spacious apartment in convenient location close to Realto Bridge. Host was very quick to respond to any queries and very helpful.

I dobt noramlly comment on theminor things but whilst the apartment was good it could be easily improved with little details such as toilet roll holder, towel holders (enough for 4) hand towerl holder at hand basin and most definitely better quality pillows. Simple things but with a family of 4 would have been good.

The location.

Let's start by saying for a so-called 'luxury' apartment, it didn't even have a toilet-roll holder. It was beyond basic. And dark too. Be prepared, the owners don't provide anything - not washing-up liquid or a scourer. Just in case you are inclined to book apartment 11, which is where we stayed (briefly), you should also know that there is a large boiler/tank in the open-plan room, which clicks on and makes a loud noise throughout the day and night. It might not bother you, but it bothered us. We left after one night.

Low on kitchen utensils, probably would be hard to cook there, but plenty of restaurants near by. Didn't like the payment method (directly to owner) even though it worked out well I would prefer to pay via booking.com

The air-condition was not working in one bedroom.

large apartment. The location was fairly close to other activities. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living/dining room.

There was no moka, or any type of coffe machine. No instructions for operating the wash machines. We ended up to pick a laundry program called eco thinking that it was going to save time and energy, instead it run the wash machine for hours! We were 3 adults and 3 teenagers and 1 child. The apartment had a sleeping sofa that was not very clean. The mattress was stained and really uncomfortable.
