Všetko bolo v poriadku, postele velmi pohodlné, vynikajúco sa spalo. Zatemňujúce závesy, terasa kde sa dalo jesť. Prístelka veľmi pohodlná a veľká pre dvoch ľudí! Má pohodlný matrac. Na prísteľke spala moja mama - dôchodkyňa a veľmi dobre sa jej tam spalo. Pár metrov od hotela sú veľmi dobre vybavené potraviny.

Na terase boli len 2 stoličky na sedenie, v apartmáne sme boli 3. Kuchyňa je veľmi chudobne zariadená. 3 poháre, 3 nože, 3 vydličky, 3 lyžičky, jedna panvica, jeden hrniec menší a jeden väčší. Raňajky sme si zaplatili na prvé ráno po príchode a trošku sme to aj oľutovali. Na oko vyzerali super, chuť už nič moc.

The room was spacious and clean, Wi-Fi was very good. The hotel and restaurant provided excellent services, including the swimming pool, pool table, chess board and gym. The staff were amazing- very friendly and considerate. We were away from the hotel for a day and they provided us with picnic lunches. Highly recommended- all staff speak excellent English and happy to book taxi or give directions. Will be booking again.

appena arrivate l’unico problema che abbiamo riscontrato è che è stato complicato trovare la nostra stanza dato che non ci sono cartelli che indicano i numeri e la posizione di queste ultime

There was parking right outside the hotel.

There was something called a "sports center" at the hotel, which turned out to be a mess of stored waste. It smelled unpleasantly strongly of cleaning agent when we arrived. The beds were old and bad. The fridge made noise and pumped constantly. The hotel was somewhat run down. The breakfast was ok voluminous but with poor quality and not delicate. I wanted to take a cup of coffee from breakfast to my room which caused quite a few problems.

Sateella vettä tuli katosta vaatekaappiin. Kastuneet vaatteet kuivattiin kyllä pikaisesti.

Beliggenheden kendte vi - har boet på Beverly Hill Hiest , hvilke vi fortrød vi ikke valgte !!!

Det hele - rengøring måtte vi selv ( et badeværelse kan ikke undvære en tur med kost og spand i 3 dage ej heller toilet og vask) for ikke at glemme gulvet i køkkenet) rene håndklæder der var tynde og trævlede nogle med huller i en altan der ikke var fejet ( men der var en kost som man selv kunne benytte) For ikke at nævne at de havde besvær med deres betaling maskine og så var det jo vores kort der skulle være fejl !! ubehageligt når man har rejst hele dagen, næste rubrik fortsætter her - vi ikke kunne gøre andet!!!

Rauhallinen sijainti ylhäällä rinteellä ja kaupungin laidalla, hienot näköalat merinäköalahuoneistosta. Oikein hyvä ja monipuolinen aamiainen. Hyviä ravintoloita aivan lähistöllä. Parkkipaikkoja hyvin tarjolla hotellin edessä.

We liked everything about the property, it was perfect location as we liked the walk down to the beach . The pools were gorgeous and spotless. The apartment was lovely and we could watch the sun setting every evening from the balcony .

The only thing we didn’t like about the property was the restaurant. We ate in it the first nyt and we could not eat the food . It was very disappointing. We did tell the receptionist on the nyt and he said he would let the kitchen know . We couldn’t eat in it again. It was a great location if the food had have been nice

Lovely terraces looking out over Tenerife. Good location, and close the the ferry which was where I needed to get to, although still a 30 min walk. The pools looked nice although I didn’t get to use them.

The air con in my room wasn’t really air con at all, was blowing out hot air with a musty smell. Had to turn it off which meant had a terrible hot sleep in august but was better than the smell. The apartment itself was very spacious, with nice bathrooms and lovely terraces & a functional Kitchen. The lack of real air con kind of ruined my experience as the apartment was very hot, but it might be better in other apartments, they might differ in quality.

Everything about the hotel is marvellous, from the staff welcoming us when we arrived. The room was up to standard for a family of 5 enough room to move around and for privacy. The supplies in the kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals, and the fridge was big to fit all our shopping. The facilities are excellent from the swimming pool, bar which was open till late and the rest. Location is very good and easy to assess anywhere you want to go. Also, the taxi services was very efficient. The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. My family and I would definitely come back again whenever we are in Tenerife

Pool and surroundings clean and relaxing and staff were very helpful and friendly.

The twin beds were solid as a rock, almost felt like there were no matrices. The kitchen was very dated and couldve done with a facelift. Always felt like we were being watched by the security guard. Noise from the pool area after 11pm. One tite there was an altercation between some noisy guests an security. Also late night karaoke coming from 300m away down the hill.

Staff go above and beyond they really do care about your stay 5 star

From the moment we stepped inside the entrance we were made feel at home. The staff were so helpful and friendly.
