Very nice place, huge rooms, very nice staff :) - grocery shop within the hotel - swimming pool - restaurant / bar within the hotel, so you can bring your drink to the pool - I would recommend it to other guests :)

- very bad Wi-Fi connection, we had to use our mobile data - no Wi-Fi connection in the pool area - thin walls, we could hear the noise from other rooms + wheels on luggage :/ when you have weak sleeping, you will have problem to sleep for sure - sunrise is quite late (approx. at 10:00) due to the mountain close to the hotel and sunset is quite early again due to the buildings nearby :( - I would say 90% of the guests were from UK + the staff in the restaurant were from UK too, so if you don't speak English very well, you will probably have problem to understand :) This was pity for me, because I came to Canary Islands to practice my Spanish, no English :)

Spotlessly clean, lovely staff, excellent pool area, comfortable apartments, only gripe AC needed in the living area, we would recommend this accommodation.

Immaculate grounds and clean apartment. Huge balcony with four sun loungers for private use. Every kitchen amenity you could ask for. Fab location. Friendly staff.

Could not find fault. Maybe a freshen up of interior paintwork but I am aware that many people stay so it was really just general scuffs.

Location was fantastic. We have everything we needed in our apartment.

Staff were very helpful, we were allocated a room on arrival . The next morning we asked if there was a room available with a pool view . The staff soon sorted one out for us with no fuss. The rooms were very clean , well equipped and with good wifi.

Restaurant was closed , awaiting a new chef.

It was clean and the staff were friendly. the pool was very clean and the area was cleaned very morning. It was great to have a shop on the complex also…

It was a small complaint but we couldn’t get food on the premises after 4pm and with a young family we were hoping we could eat on the premises.

I haven’t got a bad word to say about this place, the apartment’s are really big, everything you need inside. the pool was warm, the whole complex was spotless, staff were really helpful & friendly, this is our second visit & wont be our last. thank you :)

Very kind and helpful staff, the pool and the apartment were clean and well equipped. A bit further away from the noise of the center of the resort, great for a romantic outing.

No ac on the bottom floor of the apartment, but not a tragedy.

The place is lovely! The apartment was really nice, fully equipped with everything could be useful such as fridge/coffee machine/washing machine/drying rack. The apartment also has two bathrooms, one near the bedroom and one upstairs near the kitchen, which can be very convenient. We also enjoyed the beautiful terrace in front of the pool, it was really nice chilling there late in the afternoon after a day outside. There's also a little grocery store inside the hotel, useful for last minute shopping. The bed is also really comfortable. We didn't try the bar near the pool nor the restaurant since we where often outside the hotel. We will gladly return to Los Claveles if we are in Los Cristianos!

Quite a walk back from centre of town

The apartment was well equiped with everything you need, staff were so friendly, the complex is so clean and the pool area amazing with plenty sun beds, pool bar serves delicious food and drinks and Stacey , Pete and the rest of the staff are amazing so friendly and helpful. Reception staff cant do enough for you and check in/out super quick and easy, just an amazing place.

Fantastic service at recepción from the staff members we spoke to; both of whom were extremely professional, courteous and very helpful. The complex itself is lovely. Clean, peaceful and has a nice pool. It's very close (5-10 min walk) to the main bus station and there's also complimentary parking, if you have a car. There are a couple of decent-sized supermarkets nearby (we liked Dialprix Pasarella) and plenty of bars/restaurants. Our apartment, set out over two floors, was a nice size and had everything we could need for our stay, including: iron/ironing board, hair dryer, clothes drier, sunbeds, patio furniture, fridge-freezer, oven, toaster, microwave AND even a washing machine! Overall, for the price, the place is great value. We really enjoyed our weekend stay and are already looking forward to planning another visit in the coming months. Would definitely recommend. :)

Some of the decor is looking a little tired/dated - could do with a little freshen up to bring it into the 2020's (and beyond). There was also a 1-2cm gap under the front door which allowed a couple of insects to get in - a weatherstrip (burlete) would help prevent this (we ended up rolling up a beach towel and placing it in front of the gap, after I spotted a rather large cockroach crawl in one evening. RIP cockroach!).
