Enjoy relaxing in the spacious living room with a wall of windows and panoramic ocean views. Amenities include a 50 inch Roku LED television, Blue Ray DVD player and high speed wireless internet.
You will appreciate the well equipped kitchen which has everything you will need if you choose to cook here. The table seats six and there are three stools around the island. To add to your beach experience, even the dishes and silverware are beach themed.
Linens and much more are provided. Bed linens, bath towels, quilts & blankets for the beds, pillows, kitchen linens, paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, napkins, garbage bags, hand soap, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent will all be ready for you at the house. The sheets will be on the beds when you arrive so you can start relaxing right away! Just bring your clothes, beach towels and personal items.
Our home has three beautiful bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The master bedroom with a King bed, 32inch LED television and ensuite bathroom features a large tiled walk in shower with bench. A full sized stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom in the hall offers a tiled tub/shower. All of the bedrooms have a window with ocean views.
Surf's Up is located 2.8 miles north of the Surf City bridge or 5.5 miles south of the Sneads Ferry bridge. Heading north, it is just past the Surf City line in North Topsail Beach. Enjoy all of the peaceful surroundings on this quiet, dead end street.
We are constantly working to keep our home updated. The kitchen was renovated in January 2023. All new cabinets, granite countertops and glass backsplash. New HVAC was installed in April 2023. New flooring and interior doors were installed throughout the entire home in December 2023.
We are able to provide this exceptional level of service and attention to detail because we live here on the island, just a few miles away. The maintenance, cleaning & rental of Surf's Up is our full time job. We are always available to answer questions, address any issues and help in any way.
To maintain the home and assure that it is clean and comfortable for all to enjoy NO PETS ARE ALLOWED and there is NO SMOKING OR VAPING permitted inside.

This was our 3rd time staying at Surf's Up! This is wonderful oceanfront home with all the amenities that my husband & I needed and wanted! Spent most of our days sitting on the Captain chairs on the deck being hypnotized watching and listening to the ocean waves. Becky made sure that everything was okay and made sure that we felt free to contact her if anything needed to be attended to. Hoping to visit again next year!

Our stay at Surf’s Up was fantastic! As a family of four, we couldn’t have asked for a better beach experience. The house is literally steps away from the sand, making it incredibly convenient to set up our beach chairs, pop in for lunch, or enjoy evening strolls while hunting for shells.
The home itself was equipped with all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable, the views of the Ocean were great and everything was impeccably clean. I highly recommend enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine on the outdoor barstools as you watch the waves. Becky’s restaurant recommendations were spot-on, and we particularly loved Topsail Steamer.
This was our first visit to North Topsail, and if you're seeking a tranquil beach experience, I highly recommend staying at Surf’s Up!

Our stay at Surf’s Up was truly enjoyable. It’s very obvious that Becky takes great pride in her home. It’s beautiful and nicely appointed inside, updated and everything functions as designed. The views are magnificent and the porch/deck is amazing. If there is a question if this is for you….. the answer is yes.

The property is very clean and literally double-digit steps from the ocean. I’ve never been closer to the ocean from the steps of a rental in 40 years of vacationing at NC beaches. The owner was extremely communicative, timely and accommodating. I don’t think there’s any way to do better as an owner and it makes things smooth and relaxing.

What a wonderful place! Beach was clean and peaceful. We loved watching the pelicans and saw dolphins! House was very nice, roomy and and well-appointed. The rear deck facing the ocean was wonderfu! Beds were comfy. You should bring your own hair dryer.

We rented this property for our children and 2 grandchildren to have abit of sun and fun in late February. Weather cooperated and they were able to spend time on the beach which was just a few feet away. The moon rise inspired the grandkids and we all captured amazing photos. The house was immaculate and equiped with everything needed. So clean! They loved their 1st visit to NC and Surf's Up is now on our A list for company.

This property was perfect for us. We are in our late 70"s, so it was really nice to have a minimum of stairs! Was really great to find a small property on the very edge of the beach. We loved the big, covered deck!

Very cute cottage right on the Ocean. Saw Dolphins every day and had some beautiful sunrises. Beautiful Sandy Beach for daily walks. Bed very comfortable!

We had a wonderful week at "Surf's Up". Everything was as described online. A fully stocked kitchen was very appreciated especially when you are having thanksgiving dinner. Decorated very nice and even had the same turtle cabinet knobs that I have at home. Very relaxing place, great porch where you just step out onto the sand. We would definitely come back!!

I almost hate to give such a great review because it will make it harder for me to get a week next year. This is our second time there and I wanted to go back to take my elderly mother who thought she'd never get to the beach again. Everything is always perfect. She loved it .

It's hard to put into words the magic that is Surf's Up for our small family. We return multiple times a year and have now lost count of our number of stays at this special place. Becky and her family take immaculate care of the home, and we always find it sparkling clean with new updates that keep it up to date but retain the charm of an old school cottage right on the beach. We have stayed at this property a multitude of times, and the owner steps up her game consistently. In my opinion, the devil is in the details...they have refreshed the bath towels with new ones, changed the simple things like dining room place mats, storage in the bathroom, new charcoal grill and even lighting. The host is consistently on top of things. A recent kitchen reno (2023) brought the place even further up to date! We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at the beach!

Property is as described. Pictures are an accurate portrayal of property. You can't beat the location nor can you get any closer to the ocean. Becky is extremely responsive and takes pride in her rental property. She responds quickly and each year as we return we are greeted by new and pleasant upgrades. This year the kitchen was nicely upgraded along with a new HVAC system and grill. We have been in prior years and will return again in July. We don't even enjoy dining out as the atmosphere be it on the deck or in the dining room is lovely and again - you can't beat the views!

From the moment you pull in you feel you are home! The property is spacious, clean, and the views are breathtaking! It was my 4 yo daughters first time at the beach and we couldn't have picked a more perfect place! Close to everything but felt so private. We were able to check in a little early and never had any issues. We would stay again!

We had the perfect week at Surf's Up! The view is absolutely incredible - the pictures don't do it justice. Our girls loved to be able to walk down the stairs from the deck and directly onto the beach. The house was comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed. Becky was a wonderful host - she checked in on us and was able to give recommendations for restaurants and other activities. We have already booked a return trip for next year and can't wait to come back!
