About this apartment rental
Your ocean front vacation awaits you in our beautiful point unit. Sip your morning coffee on the 4th floor balcony, which overlooks the beach and beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Your day could be well spent sitting on the beach, collecting shells, swimming in the ocean, or taking a dip in the pool. This well-furnished condo sleeps eight with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a comfortable living room, and a full kitchen. St. Regis Resort offers activities for the entire family, including an outdoor and indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, basketball court, arcade, and an on-site restaurant. Our condo, along with St Regis common areas, are are PET-FREE and SMOKE-FREE.
Update Jan 2021: The INDOOR POOL AND HOT TUB ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED for repairs. They are expected to reopen later in 2021, but dates are not confirmed.
Our condo is cleaned with antibacterial products to ensure safety with the current COVID-19 concerns. Linens and towels are all washed in hot water and bleached. All surfaces are sprayed/wiped with antibacterial products.

Our Condo:
Watch the sunrise over the ocean from any room. Sit on one of the two balconies and listen to the ocean, or watch the dolphins and pelicans. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ocean view, private bathroom, and balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, an ocean view, and balcony. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, ocean view, and balcony. Each bedroom has a TV. The living room is comfortably furnished, including a 50" SMART TV, DVD player, and Xbox360 console. The condo has a full kitchen. Free high speed wireless internet is available throughout the resort.
The condo was renovated in 2019. The entire condo was repainted. The kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled (new cabinets, appliances, and granite counters). All flooring is new. Furniture was replaced. We are in building 2 on the 4th floor. Building 2 (center building) also has the restaurant and bar, fitness center, sauna, and business center.
Bedroom linens and bathroom towels are included. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. Check-out is 11am; Check-in is 4pm. Renters should bring their own consumable products, including paper products and soaps.
Guests have access to the unit’s storage closet, including beach chairs and beach toys.

This is a nice unit. It was clean with plenty of cookware and dishware and extra blankets. We love that it had a Keurig and regular coffee maker and made use of the beach chairs. Our only suggestion is to provide a few more hand towels. Thanks for a great time!

Our niece got married upstairs on the 7th floor of our same building on Monday 7/8/24. We decided to make it a week long vacation with several other family members. The weather was beautiful and we planned several week long activities (golf, jet skis, beach days and shopping) The room was very nice, as advertised. However, on Wednesday the AC quit working and the room became beastly hot. We contacted the owners and they sent out a tech the same day. He thought the problem was resolved but the issue continued. After 2 days of nearly 80* temps in the room we were told the AC could not be repaired until ordered parts came in. We had to purchase box fans (3) to keep ourselves cool while sleeping. The owners seemed receptive to my concerns, but offered nothing more than an apology. If anyone has an opportunity to stay in this condo I would say do it. The decor is gorgeous and the unit was very clean and well kept. I only hope you get to enjoy a full week of comfortable space while outdoor temperatures are 90*.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was very clean and had everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable and not having to bring linens is always a plus. It’s conveniently located close to the elevator and the view is great!! We would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

We loved everything about our stay here: the spacious main room, the bunk beds in one of the guest rooms (my toddler was on cloud nine), the key pad to get in (with two young kids, not having to go to a management site to get keys is clutch), the quick access to the beach, the pool, and the playground on site! There’s also two balconies that face the ocean, and we spent a lot of time on those relaxing. We’ll definitely be coming back next year!

Four adults over age 65 spent 4 nights in the condo. We were all very impressed with the condition of the condo and its location in the complex. View from the balcony was of the surf breaking just below which made the visit all the more special. Condo was clean, nicely decorated, well maintained and comfortable. No negative issues were found, it was a very enjoyable stay and we all agreed that should we travel back to the area again, we would try and get the same condo.

This is our second time we stayed at this condo it’s even been updated since last year it is well kept extra clean very spacious. The view is fantastic. It so nice that they have beach chairs umbrella and beach toy in a storage unit. The kitchen is fully equipped The beach and pool are close .Our family had a wonderful relaxing time!!!!! I

My family enjoyed our stay from the moment we walked in to stunning ocean views! This property was extremely clean, updated beautifully & very roomy. It is equipped with all necessities from the kitchen to the beach storage room. We enjoyed the St. Regis location, with a gorgeous ocean view restaurant to the pool with cabana bar & foods. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again! From check in to check out, the process was hassle free! We had an amazing vacation with lasting memories!

Wonderful relaxing beach vacation
Condo was clean and comfortable with amazing views. We all spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and sounds of the waves. Having beach chairs and umbrellas available to use on the beach was very convenient. Only regret is that I didn’t discover this place when my kids were younger. If we are back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Heaven on earth
I cannot think of anything bad, this place was heavenly from the moment we walked in the door. The ocean lulled us to sleep at night and greeted us each morning. The condo unit is well stocked and our host was super responsive even when I woke her up at 6:00 am. We will be coming back for sure. Thank you Erin!!!!!

Beautiful view and very clean
This was a perfect rental for my family to enjoy a relaxing beach trip. Ocean and pool are seconds away, and we enjoyed movie night and games in the large living room/dining room each night. Surf City is a short drive away with many great food choices, and a super cute indie bookshop we loved. Would definitely book again.

Incredible condo & view
First let me start by saying the condo owner is amazing! Communication was excellent and she was so helpful with my questions! Second, the view....ah, just exactly what you want! Standing in the kitchen area when you’re looking out, it seems like the ocean is rolling right up to the building. We watched porpoises play in the waves, watched a wedding take place on the beach, and could easily spot any of our family who was out walking on the beach as the balcony view is not blocked in any way. The kitchen is well equipped and the furniture, especially beds, are comfy. This is a condo we will look forward to renting again in the future! If you’re considering this rental, go for it! You won’t go wrong!

Ocean Views from every room!
My sister and I spent 2 days with our elderly parents here. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the decks with coffee in the morning (and wine at happy hour) watching the ocean. The unit was immaculate and well stocked. Mom is already asking to go back...and we're ready to oblige!

Where do I begin? You enter through the front door and immediately the atlantic ocean is outside the big sliding glass doors. Every room has a view of the ocean. Just a beautiful property!

Beautiful Condo
We loved Topsail Island and the St. Regis. The condo was larger than expected and clean. The view from our balcony was incredible. The beach was small but we had plenty of room. One downfall was cell phone reception was not the greatest on the island. I would highly recommend and hopefully will be coming back in the future.
